Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service - avoid Fanatics / MLB Europe

I purchased an MLB hat from Fanatics / MLB Europe, but when it arrived it was too big. I contacted them immediately to arrange a return, only to be told their returns portal was “down”.

Since then, I’ve sent multiple emails, tried live chat, and contacted them via DMs, and every time I’m simply told to “wait” for someone to get back to me. No one ever does. No proper support, no working returns process, no resolution.

The whole experience has felt like a complete scam. Taking customers’ money is easy enough, but actually helping them return an item? Apparently impossible.

Honestly, it’s embarrassing that MLB allows this company to represent its brand in Europe. I wouldn’t spend money here again, and I’d strongly warn others not to either.

Just a fraud

I paid for 2 F1 cups on 6th december 2025, received Just One on 20th january and still waiting for the other. Moreover, no One Is answering my complaints. Definitely a fraud

I ordered 2 baseballs, only received 1.

I ordered 2 baseballs, only received 1. The fulfilment team was having a holiday in their heads just before the holiday season. I've given up on the chance of receiving the 2nd baseball I paid for, but I'm still having to fight for a partial refund of the order for the missing baseball with their collector resolution team, when really they should just do the right thing.

Update: Their team that reads these reviews have done right by their mistake and have issued a partial refund for the missing baseball. The support team have been lovely.

Great but need more stock options

I love my hat and other products I ordered . However , I do wish that you guys stocked more and had them available for shipment , based in the uk it’s tough . Tried to get more blue jays gear from hoodies to car parts eg; lights / seat covers / registration plates would be awesome to store .
Please get these in stock for me and others .

I ordered 3 items and decided to return…

I ordered 3 items and decided to return 1 of them (size description did not match the reality). It turns out that you must pay yourself the cost of return shipping. They will also not refund you the delivery cost (even not proportionally to the value of the order). In the end, you may end up in situation that returning will cost you time and money not worth of it. Better to throw away item than letting them to earn money again on reselling stuff (I returned in condition that re-sale is possible). If you reply to their emails, you will never hear back. If you contact their chat assistant you will asked tons of verification questions (which they should have on the file, so why asking what the order included?) and end up with being asked again what is the problem, despite you just having explained it a minute before. One of the worst shopping experiences in my life.
