From salesperson to installation person I cannot recommend enough

Mum had a new bathroom fitted, consisting of a higher toilet, flooring, wall panels, shower with pull down seat, grab rail & a new sink. Festim & Nick were friendly, very hard working & tidied up at the end of each day, showing us what they had done & answering any questions we had.
They finished earlier than expected (after 3 days!), but unfortunately the electrician didn't arrive on the last day, so Paul (Project Manager) rearranged for Krzysztof to come 2 days later. He was also friendly, very hardworking & explained everything he'd done.
We did have a leak, which was fixed & sorted out very quickly.
Paul came afterwards to check we were happy with everything.
Freddie in the office was also very helpful & called numerous times during the install.

Top marks to the fitter ! He'd was punctual, neat & tidy worker kept us well informed & was very professional.
Wec love the new shower room.

Old fashioned service. The work was carried out efficiently, quietly and with the minimum disruption. A great team of installers.

Ismet was the fitter that installed our new bathroom which i believe wasn't the easiest job but through his hard work and skills he did an amazing job,with the finish bathroom looking great, I was so pleased with his work that I have asked him to come back at a later date to do some more work.
From day one the profession of mobility plus was outstanding with daily phone calls checking that we were happy with every stage.

My wife has an electric featherlite wheelchair from Mobility Plus which is an excellent wheelchair, a small part was needed for the seat which was lost so I phoned Mobility Plus and explained what was needed and I was asked to take a photo to avoid confusion and to make sure the right part was sent. I received an email from customer services to say the part was being sent, within 4 days from the initial call to Mobility Plus I received the part.
I would like to Mention Joshua Martin from customer support who replies to my emails promptly very pleased indeed.

Some time ago I decided to remove the bath from my bathroom and to install a walk-in shower. I found Mobility Plus to undertake the work for me, and I have been delighted with the result. From the outset Alan Smith, the Project Manager, was regularly in contact with me, assessing my needs and ensuring that I was kept up to date as the work progressed. Paco Stoyanov, the fitter, was highly skilled, efficient and extremely tidy. I can’t fault the business for its professionalism, courtesy and speed, and I have no hesitation in recommending them as a form of the highest integrity.

I requested a brochure from Mobility Plus as they refuse to give any indication of price on their website - there is even an article they wrote called 'How Much Does A Walk-in Bath Cost?' and there is not a single mention of a price in it.

Anyway, in two days since I requested the brochure, I've had FIVE missed calls (all screened first) from them all while I'm at work, and not once did they leave a voicemail. I requested a brochure, I did not request five calls, I assume from sales people.

I requested a garden studios brochure from a different company and it was received by post within a week without any sales people harassing me, so I could look through their catalogue at my own pace and call them to enquire when I'm ready.

I've had a really poor first impression. Bombarding potential customers with sales calls, not even bothering to leave a voicemail, and refusing to give any indication of pricing is what puts people like myself off using companies like this.

EDIT: You don't include prices because, judging by many other reviews, you're astronimically expensive! Also, since you replied, I've had two more calls, No Caller ID, screened as being Mobility Plus, with no messages left.

EDIT 2: We're now up to 9 calls from Mobility Plus, all from different numbers or No Caller ID. All I wanted was a brochure, this is ridiculous!!!

Excellent service from the first visit to completion of our bath out fitted shower unit installed.All the fitted parts were of a very high standard.
Could not praise our fitter Tom any higher for his excellent work under heatwave conditions,would recommend him to anybody along with your company.

Clear and prompt information prior to the installation.Mike, the installer, was excellent - arrived on time, worked cleanly and efficiently and did a splendid job in good time.

The bathroom is exactly what we wanted, the work was carried out efficiently and well, and the shower is amazing.

Kevin arrived at the specified time, and got started first 2 days just getting everything ready came up with a few problems, but resolved each one with great care and fortitude.
The fitting of the new equipment went smoothly and it looks wonderful.
