Very poor communication
Got the extended taxi plate holder , but didn't fit my reg plate as it's bit bigger then normal one , same day I requested refund , and weeks later no one even bothered to contact me by any meaning . Definitely not gonna use them again .

Even when I ordered the wrong item.
Customer service was very helpful dealt with all my queries.
I just hoped they could have done free returns or discounts by their courier service if need in returns situations.

Amazing customer service.
Called and spoke with a salesperson before ordering my bracket as was hoping to pay a little more for guaranteed next day delivery. Was informed to order the express delivery and that as it was early it would probably be here the next day, and it was.

don’t refer to buy from this…seller Rear Bracket - For Square Licence
Please don’t refer to buy from this seller . I requested for support for some product exchange but they didn’t exchange it. Very poor product and very poor support.
I purchased for taxi Rear Bracket - For Square Licence and some screw not working and request for exchange but they didn’t exchange ,service lady emailed me buy new one . It’s unacceptable.
I’m not happy with customer service.

Additionally, we provided a set of FREE complimentary fittings to address the issue you encountered, despite the fitting process error being from your end, so we are unsure why you have said we provided poor support in your review?
Our commitment to customer satisfaction is evidenced by our provision of detailed fitting guides and documents, designed to assist customers in making informed purchases. It is unfortunate that these resources were overlooked by yourself in the purchasing process.
