Excellent service, would like to see product availability increased, a lot of products out of stock. Would also like to see an increased variety of products, however I’m very happy with my purchase, so much so that I placed a second order. The seller has been most courteous on contact.

I have emailed many times for information on my order but heard nothing back from anyone I ordered my sweets on may 10th ?

i ordered on the 1st may i spent £50 with free next day delivery which never happened its arriving on the 7th may and no response with emails

Had no update regarding my order, not received it even though it was a next day delivery and when i click on tracking link it just says incorrect details. Very poor.

Ordered goods 2 weeks ago paid for next day delivery. 2 weeks later still nothing no replies to my emails nothing at all

It would help if they actually replied to their emails I've been waiting 3 weeks now for a reply as I've received the wrong items and messaged several times on Facebook and emails with no response. I've never had a problem using this company before until now

I made a purchase on a Thursday and I paid for next day delivery and it didn’t come the next day. I was also told it would be delivered on a Friday and never came till sunday I have emailed for a refund on the next day delivery and I didn’t get a response. But the sweets were tasty and full of flavour.

Paid £4.99 for next day delivery, parcel still hasn’t been delivered more than 2 days later

I have order many times and I have never had a problem.
But while my last order there was items missing and also paid a lot for one item and it was not the right thing. I have emailed and not heard anything back.
