Healthy, tasty sauercrauts and kimchis - love 'em all! Great Company service too.

It is always great service from Loving Foods. I have been using them for years. I think they started the business at around the time The Cultured Cellar was closing down, and I was very grateful to find them, as I was afraid I'd have to start making my own kraut! (I tried that once and it did not go well!) I am enjoying the new Cool Kimchi at the moment and am a long time user of the Ruby Kraut too. As far as drinks go, you cannot beat the blueberry and lavender kombucha - it is better than any fizzy pop you'll find! Orders are dispatched promptly and packed well, and the customer service is excellent. I use Loving Foods' krauts and kombucha every single day without fail and I hope they will keep offering these wonderfully healthy, probiotic products for a very long time! Thank you, team!

I have found that the customer service team at loving foods is very responsive and helpful. They addressed my concerns promptly and answered my questions in an informative way. I have been a customer for many years and will continue to order their excellent products.

Great customer service as well as delicious and healthy food.

Was loving the product. Unfortunately their courier arrived and said that the glass had broken and it was leaking so they couldn’t deliver to me. Messaged Loving foods and got told “our delivery T&C’s state not to decline delivery due to leaks (this is against consumer rights btw). I informed them I didn’t and it was their courier that refused delivery due to it being broken. That was on the 23rd April. They refused a refund and then offered to deliver another batch. That didn’t arrive so I contacted again only to be told “we haven’t received the other ones back from the courier”!!!!

No one bothered to call me about it so had to put a chargeback through my bank. I then get an email saying we should’ve refunded you so if you cancel the chargeback we refund now. Can’t cancel chargeback and they aren’t rushing to sort it with the bank. They are letting it take the full 13 weeks for the process to run its course. Even though they could just tell Mastercard it’s a legitimate claim and pay it back quickly.

I love supporting small companies in the uk but due to this Awful after sales experience and lack of support I will never purchase from them again. Moved onto another brand that’s a 1/3rd of the price and lovely. Silver lining.

Edit: once again back with the “we told the customer” “dhl say delivered” blah blah blah. Just refund the money or tell your bank to and don’t wait the full 13 weeks for the process to finish.

Did you chase dhl for the return? Doubt it! Anyway it was damaged and the driver said it was stinking the back of his van out - chances are the threw it away.

Here’s an idea. Put big labels on the packaging stating fragile and do not refuse delivery or to deliver if damaged/leaking.

Just pay the refund and also the other product is in plastic but still organic and made in the UK - all for £2.15 and lovely customer service 👍🏼

Avoid this company, poor quality products, leaking all over the packaging and they will not give refunds. Avoid.
I’ve requested a refund from you and sent you photos of the leaking package, all the packaging was soaked and stunk. So I threw away after taking photos. You requested the jar back in order for me to receive a review. It was sticky, smelly and wet so I threw it away. Please refund me the £9.99 I was charged.

Initially they seemed incredibly slow at dispatching my goods that I got I touch with customer support [at Loving Foods] who responded within the hour and the were super apologetic, it transpired that my order had got lost at some point between them and or at Amazon, whip they were using as a delivery service. Without any questions or hesitation they quickly re sent my order, softer checking to see what my preference was, either refund or resend. The products arrived within a couple of days, excellently packaged, whilst one was leaking slightly* the packaging prevented thus being a problem and the liquid was easily cleaned. I haven’t tried the products yet Cool Kimchi and Sauerkraut, but both look great. All in all I will certainly deal with Loving Foods again, 10/10 for customer service.

* I want to stress that this not an issue for me as the food is fermented it is something that I expected

The sauerkraut from Loving Foods has become my favorite, contributing significantly to my gut well-being. Regular deliveries have simplified maintaining this benefit. Unfortunately, I had to reduce my sauerkraut intake while breastfeeding, affecting my subscription. Despite this, I'm eager to resume it later. The company impresses me; their packaging is highly secure, and they include all necessary details.

Poor quality products and no refund for missing goods. Ordered a bunch of jars of sauerkraut but the product came with the juice leaked out in half of the jars. They say it is okay on their website, but the cabbage ends up being dry and not as juicy and crunchy as when the juice does not leak out.

Another issue is that they did not offer a refund of a failed delivery. The delivery company said that the parcel was delivered to my doorstep - not to me in person. I have not seen the parcel myself and certainly not received it. The company did not issue me a refund.

Big shoutout to the folks at Loving Foods. Their website is very informative they clearly are passionate about what they do which is so refreshing to see. I ordered 2 jars of raw sauerkraut, they arrived quickly and packed very safely. I’ve only ever eaten pasteurised sauerkraut before but after becoming aware of the benefits of those good bacteria’s for the gut microbiome I’ve now opted for the raw stuff and I will never look back. I have been eating it straight from the jar it taste superb.

I've been using this company for years. This are delicious, clean organic products. It's so rare to find stuff this good. Always dependable and everything is packed with care, and the drinks and food are completely delicious.

Package arrived and everything had leaked everywhere. it was disgusting. I've sent them messages and had no reply. I would avoid this company!

Products themselves are wonderful - sauerkraut and kimchi, jars packed full but 3 issues

Jars are impossible to open, I stuck a knife to make a hole in lid to make it pop still didn’t work. I’ve been fortunate with some but not others, embarrassingly had to go over to neighbours to help, he’s strong and even he struggled.

The amount of packaging is obscene - I get why but it’s a lot of plastic

Sunscribe and save doesn’t work, I get sent links to redo which don’t work as my credit card won’t take a payment

I only bought one product. Sauerkraut juice with caraway and juniper. First thing I have to mention is the smell I have tipped five of the six bottles I bought down the drain and I can’t get rid of the rotten garbage smell. I drank half a bottle it is extremely acidic and strong tasting. It is awful. The next time half & I started vomiting until it all came up. Very unpleasant. It is vile the other products might be lovely but this is a shocker. Don’t buy.

Oooo it’s a bit harsh giving three stars really but some of the products do not taste good
The standard organic kimchi is great but the Hot’n’Smoky should come with a jaw warning 🤣 it has thick cut cabbage stalks just rammed in the jar , it’s very dry and unbelievably rubbery to chew , and chew you must or in my case spit it out , it really not a good texture to eat . Which is pretty sad really because the taste is good but you wouldn’t want to have your food squeal against your teeth while trying to eat it .
Come on Loving Food guys make your reviews on your site more accessible to the likes of myself who order direct from you.
The other jar of the standard kimchi was great Hot’n’Smoky I would not take one again if they were free

The products arrived well-packaged and on-time.
They are excellent products: I have not been able to find better anywhere, either locally or on the net.
These products, along with organic kefir, have been fundamental in helping me to cure my acute colitis, which was disabling - as anyone who has suffered it will know. I was able to cancel my colonoscopy and return to a normal life (well, whatever one of those is).

I really enjoy the "Loving foods" sauerkraut, best I've tasted and getting a regular delivery made it easy to keep good gut health. Frustratingly, I've been told while breastfeeding that I had to cut out Sauerkraut, while I do still have small amounts I couldn't keep up with the subscription but I will be starting again in the future. Really happy with the company, the jars are sent in a really secure parcel and all the useful information is provided.

Wonderful products, I especially like the Kimchi.

Really enjoyed the Kimchi, the regular one was quite hot so may try the cool one next time. It’s great to be able to buy organic non pasteurised kimchi as all the shop bought versions are pasteurised and don’t have the same gut health benefits.

Great products, easily managed subscription and safe delivery.
