Your claims are actively being tracked and processed on your behalf. Settlement timelines vary depending on the administrators handling each case but everything submitted is moving in the right direction. Watch your In Progress tab on the dashboard for live updates as things develop.

We completely understand your frustration. Each add-on feature is presented as a separate selection during the post-signup flow and a charge is initiated upon selection.

We recognize that the process wasn't clear enough that clicking to learn more would trigger a charge and that is feedback we take very seriously.
