Hello Beanie - We appreciate your feedback. Our customer support team would like to investigate the issue to learn more about the specific situations where the file did not convert properly, or at all. Often we can figure out why things are not working from that information, and advise you on a resolution. If we do need to investigate in detail we will likely need a PDF statement and can provide you with a procedure to remove personal information from the PDF file before you send it to us. "Lifetime" license is not for a lifetime
Purchased a "Lifetime" license for the PDF-QBO converter. The product stopped working, so I reached out to support (whom you can only reach via email). They let me know that, while I had purchased a lifetime license to the software, the PDF conversion piece was an annual subscription, for an additional annual fee. They tell me that I can download statements, directly from the online banking, and convert them via my license, but I can't use a PDF not published by the bank. If I have access to the online banking, I don't need to convert PDF's to QBO's, I would just export the QBO directly from the bank. I asked for them to honor the "lifetime" license or refund my money. They refused to do both and told me "good luck with the legal process." Product was good when it worked, but unfortunately I was duped into purchasing a "lifetime" subscription that has to be renewed each year. Worst customer service experience of my life.

AFTER DISCONTINUING THE DESKTOP PDF READER AND STARTING THE NEW ONLINE ONE WHICH IS 12 TIME MORE EXPENSIVE AND NOT ACCURATE AT ALL, I AM GOING TO STOP MY MY SUBSCRIPTION, IT IS EASIER TO MANUALLY TYPE NUMBERS THAT HAVE ONLY HALF OF THEM CONVETED AND MANUALLY FIGURE OUT THE DIFFERENCES

Usless - Don't buy
The goal was to convert a .cvs file to a Quicken gfx file or a .qfi file. I loaded the .cvs file into the program and it would not let me convert without making changes to the data column headings. The interface is very confusing and there was no manual. I canceled my subscription. Quicken shafted its users my not allowing more than a 90-day download.

Fantastic software! Time saver. Highly recommend!!
Fantastic software! I had to reconnect my QB account and my bank only went back 6 months. Using Money Thumb allowed me to upload years of statements in a few easy clicks and import them directly into Quickbooks. Saved me days of work! Easy to cancel too once I was done. Thank you Money Thumb!!

I spent almost $800 and this software…
I spent almost $800 and this software doesn't work to convert files useable for Quickbooks. I sent support several messages; however, still having major issues. It advertised as easy to use, but I've spent 4 hours trying to figure out why its not working for me.

Two Issues with what I purchased…
Two Issues with what I purchased pdf2csv converter software I bought.
(1) It did not work for some of the image-based pdf bank statements and I had to buy another annual subscription PDF+
(2) It is a good UI Desktop version. But, does not allow users to invoke from a common prompt with arguments to run it inside another excel based programs.
