Resposta da Monster Supplements

Hi David,
thank you for your order and for submitting your feedback. I can see that your order was placed on Sunday 5th July on a 2-5 working day service. Your order was processed, packaged and dispatched on Tuesday 7th July with Royal Mail on a 48 hour service.

Looking at the tracking a scan has been added today Monday 13th confirming that the order is in Northern Ireland so you should have a delivery attempt today or tomorrow. Please contact us if you should not receive the order.

I am very sorry for any inconvenience this delayed order has caused you.

I can't see any communication from you raising this issue with our customer support team. Please make sure that you provide us with an opportunity to help and assist any problems you encounter before posting reviews on this platform, thank you.

Our customer service email address is support@monstersupplements.com

Monster supplements has been my go to website for a good while now. Great stock, good deals to be had on packages and multi buys, free post option is nearly always earlier than expected. Can't fault them 💪
