Hell of a company, tap in cassava casino complaints into google. See what comes up. I emailed moon asking have i been self excluded. A simple question or so i thought. 10 minutes later got an email. You have been excluded as from today at 16.45pm you wont be able to come on a 888 website till 2023. So a simple question regarding self excluding will get you self excluded. I wouldn't mind but ive not even played on there site. I opened the account about 2 years ago and forgot i had it. Had no cards added etc. Im not bothered but if i was someone who spent alot on this site and they can't get a simple email right what chance do you have when money is involved???. Alot of complaints about 888 and cassava enterprise so be carefull with this mob.

Moonbingo is a terrible site to play on which only pays bingo bonus if you win on bingo bonus, it also removes the bingo bonus wins when it feels like it.
The wagering requirements are also set too high so it is basically impossible for bingo bonus to become real cash, the casino bonus wagering requirements is set even higher so never become real cash at any time.
I have played on moon bingo for years and would never recommend this site to anyone i do not play there anymore.

I closed my account due to being unable to win, wagering being either x40, x60 and x70, withdrawing takes 2 days before they even start to process it and can take a further 5 days after that, they have multiple sites which are all the same, close one and you get constant mail for another, same odds... zero to none,
