I ordered a tall light bracket but…

I ordered a tall light bracket but thought everything would be great because they have a 5 star rating on their site. I guarantee they filter out the negative ones. When I sent in my order, which I had verified using their tool was the right part, they contacted me and said it was the wrong one. They are the experts, right? I paid $20 for the part, $20 for shipping and well over a week wasted on them emailing me with their recommendation. They finally ship it and it takes another week to get it.
The part they suggested arrived and it is NOT the right part. I reach out to secure the right part ( the one I had originally ordered) and I ask them to send me the right one with a discount on shipping since we are now almost a month from my original order. They said they would send me the right part AFTER I return the other one. I just ordered the right part and sent the other back. I cannot wait to be done with them because I will never use them again. Shipping is slow, they charged $20 for shipping a part that weighs 5 ounces, they sent me the wrong part and then did NOTHING to make it better. They did not offer a discount, a coupon, nothing - just some fancy apologies in the template I am sure they have to use all the time. Look elsewhere. By the time you pay the super slowwwwww shipping it is not cheaper and their customer service is deplorable.

Beware of shipping cost

Ordered small headlight cap for dodge dart. $6 for it. Great. I didn’t check shipping because… how much could it be for a small plastic part the size of a drink coaster? $18 shipping! Package just arrived today. No cap but a single tiny screw. A single tiny screw?! I better get full refund. I am definitely shopping elsewhere

Believe all of the poor reviews.
Placed an order early Friday morning for in store pickup and paid the $20 "fee" to pick the order up in store. Friday came and went, no status. Went there on Saturday since it is owned and operated out of a dealerships parts department and was told by their parts department team that they couldn't help me because the online order team wasn't in. The parts department also could not price match the parts that they sell from the same shelves and there were three in stock. Monday comes and still no word so I sent numerous emails since that's the only way you can contact them, no response. Tuesday comes and still no response, emailed them again and still waiting. Why offer in store pickup AND charge a $20 fee to do so only to have to wait longer than it would have taken for me to receive the parts from another out of state vendor shipped. I tried to support local and this is what it gets me.

Stay away from this Vendor and the Westbury Jeep Dealership that owns them. The worst experience I have eve had with ordering car parts.

Believe the 2.2 Trust Pilot rating

There was a shipping problem with UPS and I didn't get the parts. Mopar Genuine Parts did no follow-up with UPS. I asked for a refund which never came. They do not provide a phone number, so you can't talk to someone. I filed a credit card dispute to get my money back. I should have checked their Trust Pilot rating before ordering. The 2.2 rating speaks for itself

Don't buy from them!

Received all my items broken and scratched and all torn up. Some of my parts are missing bolts and tools for installment. Then you can't get a hold of anybody to return the items wheen I are spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Don't buy from this place!

Poor Customer Service

Horrible experience. Haven't received my order and no follow up with shipping/tracking number like most reputable businesses provide. Customer service is non-existent. My inquiry was met with an automated response stating the following response:

Thank you for your inquiry.

Response times may vary but our goal is to assist you within 24 hours of our operating hours which are Mon-Fri 9-5 EST. To help expedite the process, please submit only one request per issue. Inquiries are responded to in the order that they are received.

I sent a follow up message and received the same automated message. No status on my order, no follow up from this online vendor. I would steer clear and shop elsewhere. Do your due diligence and check out online reviews (cross check) prior to doing business.

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. After ordering the parts, the company starts their ordering of the parts to gather them, then supposedly ship to you. I've been waiting for nearly a month, with no communication from this company. I queried via their website and was told 4 screws were on back order and holding up the entire order. They said they could send the order out without the screws and refund me the 3 dollars. I agreed to this, and then no more communication from them. Don't order from these people, they are affiliated with Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram of Long Island, NY, but when reaching out to them, they don't have direct communication with this MoparGenuineParts site.

Helpful and Knowledgeable

The staff was extremely helpful in finding me the parts I needed for my 392 Jeep Wrangler. Although my order did take a little longer to arrive, I was aware that ETAs are out of their control since parts are received from the manufacturer. I wish all companies were as helpful as the workers from Mopargenuineparts. I will definitely be returning to purchase more parts with you all.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. I ordered parts for my Grand Cherokee worth of $500+. Waited couple weeks without my order shipping, and after sending them few e-mails with no response, my order got cancelled. They mentioned they refunded the amount which I haven't received yet since 45 days.

I order a thermostat and the part never…

I order a thermostat and the part never showed up!! After emailing them they finally responded and gave the excuse that the part is on national back order then why in the hell would they take my money knowing the part was on back order !! I got scammed and the company is a fraud!!!

no flexibility with policies

I first placed an order for a Right Armrest, there was no specifications that mentioned it was for the 'Right Seat' so I received the Left Armrest... so I spoke and obviously the good right armrest for the left seat was double the price this time... I was ok to take it and they agreed to return the wrong one which I had to pay for freight for a 2nd time... after 1 week I got notified that they received the returned armrest but I could not get a refund because it was not sent in the original box... Now my lonely option is that they keep the returned armrest that I have already paid for and 2x shipping (back and forth) or the re-return to me via freight collect... I beleive this is not logical, they do not deal with exceptions and they have no flexible policies... it would have cost me more than the car dealer...

This company appears to be a scam. I ordered parts, they charged my account. I have tried the order number that they provided for tracking my order, it does not work. I have emailed them three times with no response. I have tried calling their phone number: has an outdated message that due to covid the staff work from home and have no access to the phone. Buyer BEWARE!!! Also the sales email they provide is rejected by sender.

I have been trying to place order for…

I have been trying to place order for days with no luck as order will not complete. The payment part errors out. 3 times I have tried with no success. Every time it says I must call. I have tried calling repeatedly as it says I must on their order form. I have left messages repeatedly asking for a call back as my order cannot be completed. No response. Every day I get emails stating my order has not been completed. I have emailed this company and told them they will have a review for their customer service failures.
If I could provide a lower rating I would.

Do not waste your time or money with this company.

If they ever respond to my email I will tell them where to go with their business

I ordered a diffuser for my vehicle…

I ordered a diffuser for my vehicle from this website. After a couple days it said it was shipped. After 17 days still no diffuser, and it still had the same location in the tracking. I emailed them, they sent me the same tracking that wasn't getting updated. After almost a month I get an email saying I had a refund. I have emailed them 3 times to find out what's going on and why I guess I'm not getting the part and they don't respond. I guess I'm also out the $30 I paid for it to ship since they shorted me that cost which shouldn't be my loss since its not my fault they didn't ship the part to me. But they left that out of the refund. But like I said they won't answer emails. I would not reccomend them to anyone.

Crap

Site looks legit. Tried to order from it and could complete the order. Charge my card twice, which it’s been pens for 4 days now. Has no number to get ahold of anyone, they only respond thru email. Probably the most worthless site I’ve been on, and customer service
