I ordered a part for a new 2026 Jeep…

I ordered a part for a new 2026 Jeep Wrangler Sport via the Mopar site. Mopar showed the part fit but it did not. I returned the part as directed via shipping label provided via dealer Bayird Jeep representing Mopar. Then waited from Monday to Friday for a refund to my card.

I contacted Mopar Customer service via phone with a rep with barely passable English. She put me on hold several times then without notice transfered me to Bayird Jeep. I was told a refund was just processed. I said thanks and hung up.

Then I checked my car and found a partial refund. Then I tried the chat feature to customer service. What a disappointment to deal with these people! I informed Mopar I will not be ordering any other parts from the site.

I have purchased 3 Jeeps. I have a good opinion of my dealer but a very negative opinion of Mopar customer service which is not really customer service. It's a lengthy word game they play until you give up.

You win...I give up...anything else I want for one of my jeeps I will go to an aftermarket supplier.

I purchased a 2025 Ram in June

I purchased a 2025 Ram in June, 2025. When I took it in for the first service I was informed there is a recall on it. I wasn't notified by anyone up to that point. The dealership ordered the part and told me it would take 14 days to receive. Three weeks later I called to inquire about the part and was informed it would take another 45 days or more to receive it. Attempted to call Mopar parts and after sitting on hold I was told to leave a message. The recall is on the towing module that operates trailer lights and braking. Great to know as I am pulling a travel trailer! Poor customer service, a lack of dealer knowledge, and customer safety concern. Still wondering if they were forced to implement a recall, why were the customers not notified?

Never again...

Order placed March 2. Two weeks later, still nothing—no email, no text, no update… not even a smoke signal.
After sending several emails, I finally received a notification that the order had been cancelled, with no explanation.
Very disappointing communication and customer service.

Junk, dirty stained , taped together seat heater

Edit: update - I went to the dealer and they said it was not an exact fit and did not look good. I was able to contact store and they did send me a return label and a full refund. They said it may be one that was on the shelf too long but they honored there purchase which I’m glad. It was also a real store. Not a scam so from 1 star to 3 stars. I bought the correct part from the dealer. Not much more in costs. Less than 50 bucks difference

They sent me a taped together, corroded connector seat warmer. Obviously a scam. I wish I had checked trust pilot instead of just a quick google. This is horrible and they should not be in business.

Entered VIN to make sure I got the…

Entered VIN to make sure I got the right parts. Parts did not fit or match the factory ones that came with the car. They wouldn't let me return, and refused my appeal. Out $125 because their system messed up, and poor customer service. Buy somewhere else.

Scam

What a huge scam. You call local dealers to get work done, Bill Luke Dodge, Scottsdale Az, AutoNation on Bell Road and I-17 in Phoenix, call after call and no one in service or even the service managers call back! I had to take my Jeep in due to the check engine light, so I went to a none dealer. Mopar will not reimburse or extend my warranty since the local shop didn't call in the work first. Just a scam. Never again.

Website doesn't work...

Website doesn't work.... can't change password because the reset password button doesn't work after entering in one of their ridiculously dumb required passwords (they are too stupid to realize that passwords are literally the least secure method.) They have deals like 4th tire 1$, because they overcharge you that much on the other three..... just stay away from mopar and use another aftermarket vendor.

Terrible no number to call

Terrible no number to call. So our Jeep Grand Cherokee limited has been crap. Our AC somehow went out we bought the AC transducer and it specifically said it came with the Oring included but it didn't. We somehow got connected with the Dodge jeep dealership in Norco CA where allegedly our part was shipped from and they said no part doesn't come with oring and they want to charge an additional $30+ for that part. Please look up the part on the Mopar website it's said ORING INCLUDING WTF!!! ITS ALL A SCAM

The worst

The worst. My Jeep Grand Cherokee will be in the shop for more than a week, and my warranty covers a rental car. Mopar assigned me a case number, promised a call back and then never did. I've been calling 2-4 times a day, and each time a rep promises a call back or promises to connect me to the case management department before putting me on hold and then disconnecting me. I'm telling everyone I know not to buy a Jeep

Have had several electrical issues

Have had several electrical issues . Turned into retention team. Connect system works when it wants. Which mean no back up camera no cross pedestrian warning no temp reading for your heat or air , no radio, no gps and no phone connectivity. Say it doesn’t affect value, safety , because it runs and drives from a to b. So no lemon law. Their engineers can’t fix the issue. So you’re basically stuck with a new vehicle, without some safety features , connectivity and it also resets my seat settings when it acts up. . Along with other electrical issues that have been fixed but some reoccur. So disgusted with them. 50k dollar vehicle without features you pay for in the price of the vehicle. Worse customer service ever from mopar manufacturer!!!!

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. They charge a fortune for a monthly subscription and when you take your car for service you still have to pay. Even for basic service parts like a filter. Even the engineer aais the plan wasn't worth it.
When you try to cancel they make
You write a hand written letter with lots of pointless information on. They do this as no one has time for this nonsense! So not use this company

Please. Do not contact this service. I have never encountered such responsibility and deception anywhere.I don't even want to give it one star. They don't even deserve that.I was told twice that the car was repaired.On February 11, I sent it in for repair. On March 18, I picked up the car unrepaired.There was only one breakdown. Replace the ABS modem.They just needed to order and install this part because when I got to them, I pointed out this problem to them. I had previously scanned my car on a scanner which showed this breakdown.On March 17, they called me a second time and said that the car had been repaired. But another failure occurred, the suspension springs and I needed to replace the modem. To which I replied that this error was not on my scanner.When I arrived on March 18, I wanted to check how they replaced the ABS modem. Nothing was done. That is, I was deceived for the second time.That's the end of my collaboration with them.

Mopar's communication has hit an all time LOW

I logged into my Mopar account to check on the past service history on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler only to find that all the history that was there concerning my Jeep had disappeared. The Garage info and my account were still visible, but the Jeep is showing 0 miles, so something has RESET everything. Checking VIN did not work either. I called the Contact number provided on the website of 1-800-399-2668 and after a 20 minute wait, the person I spoke to said she could not provide an answer and I would need to speak directly to Mopar. She then provided me the number 1-800-399-2668. I am looking at my phone and seeing that is exactly the number I called which she answered. She said that she could not assist any further and suggested I call that number again. She was nice, but no clue of what was going on. Next I tried to Chat and of course got the robot. It responded to my question concerning the history by asking if I wanted to speak to an agent and I said yes. Then it told me there was no agent available and to try back later. I had tried a Chat session hours earlier and this was my "try back later" moment. Really disappointed considering over the past 10 years things had been going great, but now there is no way to speak with anyone, unless I want to purchase something. My data is gone, and I do not see a Contact email, and the phone number is a waste of time.

Online Order

If I could give 0 I would. We ordered a part on January 14th we paid for overnight shipping. Here it is January 17th morning and still no part. Why offer overnight shipping if you can’t do it. I understand I ordered it at night so I was assuming they would overnight it from the 15th to 16th nope. It still shows USPS awaiting item. Hopefully they do what’s right and refund for the overnight shipping and just bill for regular shipping because we paid more for the shipping than the part just to get it quick. I will remember never to order from them again.
