My pet insurance was up for renewal , I have autism , learning difficulties and other mental health problems- and the lady I spoke with on the phone named Louise Hale was absolutely brilliant with me , she fully took the time to understand me and made reasonable adjustments for me , she was brilliant , I’d highly recommend her to other customers who have the same or similar problems , she spent extra time on the phone with me , and really took the time out to help me and to go through things with me.

I took out a pet insurance policy for a dog, but due to no fault of his own the owner decided to keep him, I cancelled the next day and I received an email from More Than to say that my policy was cancelled, peace of mind really. 👍

Avoid MoreThan and their underwriters (Admiral) like the "plague". Absolutely useless with claims, can't get different conditions right and less than an hour after my cat was put to sleep I had an email asking for more details. They're damn lucky I can't use phones (I'm deaf). If (and it's a BIG if) I get anymore pets I'd rather be without insurance if Morethan was the only option

*UPDATE*....no thanks Alex. Took you guys 7 weeks to sort out a complaint and as usual it was totally useless

Great value for money on insuring my pets and the extra discount for multi pet insurance saved us nearly £60. Highly recommend this company.
