Not only is the info in the videos unavailable in the booklet but you cannot follow along with the book because after 10 seconds you’re logged off to start at the beginning of the segment. you can’t pause at all without losing your place. You can’t stop after the segment to grab a pen or write down a thought, just horrible! completely unacceptable! i will never use this CE company again. what a mistake!!!

bio sig or biosignature is the worst experience. my hands shake and i can not do it. unbearable. ridiculous way to log in. why not just make a password of some sort to log in. my time is important. otherwise the course is great but because of bio sig i decided to write this. that is how frustrating it is . you should not have to spend 10 minutes just to log in. otherwise i have used MEC for over 5 years for continuing education and have been satisfied and the instructors are easy to understand.

They got right to it. Made me laugh on a few occasions. I'll be back next year; 2026

David Luna keeps it interesting. It'd be great if he can teach the entire course like before.

David Luna is the best, and the parts he does are great, but the other people feel like they are reading and it's super annoying, I'd rather just read it myself. Lots of technical glitches too making me go back or keeping from moving forward so it was very tedious this time. Still a good value but David should teach the whole thing and it would be much better. Some tech improvement to make it smoother would be really appreciated too.

This is not a good course. 1) I don't like the guy talking. He is irritating and difficult to understand. 2) I am not an auditory learner, if you are going to make a video - be a professional and put the notes on the screen 3) I don't need the excess information at the end of every lesson - I am here for specific info, its already a lot of info, and throwing random "fun facts about California" at me is not necessary and unwelcome. 4) your test itself is broken! It kept asking a question about "if you discover fraud who should you notify" and gave you options of manager, compliance, regulatory or ignore it" and no matter what you answer - IT SAYS YOU MISSED THE QUESTION!!! LOL!!!! Which doofus wrote this test? Which moron approved it? I thought this was a joke.

Marvin was an amazing instructor. I've been in the mortgage business for over 38 years and I definitely learned some new things in his course today. My instructor Marve Stockert was very informative and did a great job. The questions asked were challenging and made you think. Marve ran a tight ship and all the material was covered in a timely manner.

Marvins a super nice guy, relays very interesting info, kept an excellent pace not too fast not too slow.. his tone was a little mundane but w all fairness hard to deliver this type course content with too much excitement..

I enjoyed the class with the instructor Marvin. He is very knowledgeable and emphatic person. I like to refresh the memory and learn more from someone so experienced.

The only problem is that not enough time to go to the restroom. I went to the restroom to pee came back almost running… I was trying to put my camara on and the host was already telling me to put it on. Almost pee on my pants, literally.
