Excellent course! Prepare and follow the schedule they give you. The practice questions are harder than the actual state test. If you get 85% on the practice test you will have no problem passing the state exam on the first try like I did.

While everyone I spoke to was great and the content was good I received error message after error message of fatal server errors. To top it off I was near the end of the course when I finished for the day. However, when I logged back in the next day it showed the modules as completed so I took the final exam. Later that day after not receiving any email about completion and next steps I log back in and see its showing I have 2 modules to do and the final exam. This through my personal time schedule off as I had to log back in and redo things even after speaking to support; they said I.T. didn't see anything to support what I was saying. So I would grade the I.T. department with an F and I do not recommend this course. Also, those errors I mentioned would cause me to restart the video module I was in and all those 4 minutes added up to around 2 additional hours. Get your platform together people!!! 1 star

I used the PrepXL course for a month and it was an absolute necessity! I took my MLO SAFE Exam and passed with a 79 on my first try. If you're nervous about taking the national exam, buy this course, you will not regret it. I don't think I would've passed without PrepXL

Wrost experience. I completed my 20hrs course and have message in their portal for each and every module completion and 20hrs completion. I was trying to do the final test but it didnt open for some website errors and it was Christmas holidays. no one to support or help. Now when i reached them i was asked to restart the course. when i have all my course work done and to take final test why do i need to redo again. I have all rights to practice my course work and final test for certificate of completion.

My company paid for training. However, OnCourse was unable to put the training into my account. I would recommend anyone else.

absolutely awful.. run and run fast. You constantly get logged out and constant glitches that crash the program. then you have to go in and start the entire video over again! I've rewatched the same videos so many times it's insane. These classes take twice as long because of the constant time-outs and freezes. Dont even get me started on the bio sig to get logged in. its impossible. I promise you you will have the most frustrating experience of your life if you use oncourse. Im writing this review while im playing the same video for the 3rd time.

Edit - it crashed again, watching it for the fourth time. How am i going to get these classes done in the required timeframe?!! Reaching out to NMLS next to see my options

I'm on day 4 of this 7 day course and suddenly the videos won't load anymore. I called support and they had to open a ticket after confirming it was something wrong on their end. I may have to wait up to 2 days for this to be fixed which is very frustrating as I set aside time to complete this on time and now I can't progress. App constantly signs you out and will reload main page missing the login button. A lot of trouble with this website considering how much the course costs.

Absolutely a waste of time.....constant logging out, having to redo bio sign a million times.....go with another provider. I would never a million years use your services again.

They just want your money. Go to kaplan, they have better education.

I had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process! I felt it was incredibly informative in not only content, but strategy as well. Jill, our course teacher, was wonderful and really encouraged everyone to ask questions and seek guidance to feel confident and prepared for the Exam.

The portal was great, especially the practice exams. They were a huge value and as I studied during our self study week, I kept the same study hours focusing on those while hand writing the answer/ explanation of the questions I got wrong down to cement the correct information .

I took the NMLS education course with OnCourse Learning and would not recommend it. The user interface is outdated and difficult to navigate. There’s no live agent available, calls go unanswered, and email responses are automated and unhelpful.

The course content is repetitive, and the practice tests don’t explain why answers are correct or incorrect, which limits their usefulness.

The biggest issue is the conflicting information about course deadlines. Their site lists both 11:59 p.m. and 6:29 p.m. as cutoff times with no clear explanation. I completed my final class, but because of state requirements for time spent, I can’t finish the course until the system lets me move forward. I’ve tried to get clarity, but haven’t received a real response.

If the deadline is 11:59, I can complete the course. If it’s 6:29, I may have to start over entirely. Given the lack of support and the cost of the course, that’s unacceptable. I would strongly recommend looking at other providers.

Nmls says i still don't have my credits

This used to be my go-to website for CE... I completed my CE in early December, they never reported it to NMLS. I tried contacting customer service numerous times via email, as well as on their website. Not one person has contacted me to resolve the issue. I will not be using this company again.
