MEC has the clearest content and best experience for my compliance courses. Highly recommend them.

I have used MEC for more than 10 years for my continuing mortgage education needs. I tried another content provider several years ago and came back to MEC because of their clear, easy to understand presentation. To that end, I would like to make the following comments and feedback to suggest further improvements

David Luna does a great job of presenting the script as an instructor. He is well informed and presents the information as a content expert in a way that I can relate to.

I found Dr. John's presentation to be little more like rapidly reading a long list of bullet points from a teleprompter with numerous video edits. The content is there, but I suggest slowing down and teaching the material as a content expert rather than just readiing it. More of a conversation rather than just a list.

I would also recommend using more graphics, lists and visual content for visual learners. This visual content could be used to help reinforce important information being presented. I noticed some of this content in the training. I would suggest much more to help break up the 7 hour course.

Overall, I think MEC still does a great job of providing continuous eduction material.

Once I figured out the format, things went smoothly. It did take me about 3 hours to find four characters that the program would recognize & match for the random verification. Using the mouse made it difficult; a key board entry would have been much better.

Very informative on all the items in training. Did the best you can working through technical difficulties and got us out on time.

Liked that we were able to interact with instructor, knowledgeable.

I believe this is the best way to ro complete your annual NMLS renewal. The class is enjoyable as we continue tinge to learn what's relevant as well as recap what we know in our industry. I enjoyed the proctor and his knowledge of what's going on in the industry.
