I have acquired an amazing Corsair F4 1600mm from Montion RC EU, which came with a minor defect in the elevator. Within a few hours, they have replied to my email apologising and confirming the shipment of a replacement.

Everyone was super helpful and im very happy with the product

Prompt delivery and when a fault found on servo an immediate replacement was sent .good customer service and rapid replacement

I have about more than 12 or even more models from Freewing (motion rc). The variety of models offered by motion rc is excellent. They are mostly in stock or available in shortest time. 3 days after my order I have the model on the table. The quality and funtionality is outstanding for all freewing models. With the given programming advice in the manual I can fly the model without any problems "they fly out of the box". The flying performance is excellent and an eye catcher on the field .The reliability of all parts is a given factor to order again models from Freewing (motion rc)

I spent 2 weeks custom painting my V2 A10 before noticing 2 missiles were missing and raising a ticket with Motioneu customer service.
After a couple of emails to confirm I'd checked all the packaging and asking which missiles were missing, they told me the missing parts were being sent.
I appreciate that they had to no doubt split a complete set of missiles to do this and I'm extremely grateful.
Just had to fire off some thanks and a deserved 5 star review. I have been a FW and MotionRC customer for over 10 years and this is the first time I've had an issue with a new model that wasn't of my own making.
Thanks to the team at MotionEU and all the best for the future. Now how about that 2m Vulcan bomber or Saab Draken?

Very professional and responsive. Although both products had issues, technical queries was sent with instant reply and support to solve the issue which the motions RC team did. Products are very good and with good quality although i may have been unlucky but what counts is the after sales support which they are excellent.

I think the company is genuinely honest and fair. Mine was a small problem and was resolved after a few emails back and forth. My only comment was that the guy helping me did not introduce himself by name. I think this is important to do so as this is the only type of personal communication anyone is likely to have with the company

Thank you MotionRC for providing perfect and quality models at a nice price (I bought around 20 to 30 different ones). Delivery is timely and most importantly MotionRC always promotes only products that their users will love. I order from a long distance from the Czech Republic. Customer service is fast and empathetic to their clients. It's a great store.

Bestellung der AL37 war problemlos und schnell. . Leider war ein ESC der Motoren defekt..
Ersatz wurde nach kurzem Kontakt mit dem Support kurzfristig kostenfrei zugesendet , der defekte Artikel musste nicht zurück geschickt werden .
Es wurde zwar eine andere Version der ESC ( ohne Schubumkehr , aber passend für die AL37 gesendet.
Auf die nun fehlende Schubumkehr kann ich aber verzichten .

Great choice of airplanes, fast delivery and very good and fast support (in my case a broken Part)

This was my first order with the company and I am in the UK what a fantastic experience it was super easy fast delivery and well informed from start to finish.Motion RC Europe is a credit to our hobby fabulous customer service.I have since ordered more from them and again amazing well done team.

Meine Reklamation wurde umgehend bearbeitet und zufriedenstellend gelöst. Ich kann MotionRC nur empfehlen.

This company is scam! We still have no answers for where our inventory disappeared to.
it is made via shopify.

UPDATE: Even after having lost over $20,000 of our inventory they have been repeatedly asking us to "top up" our account, which we very reluctantly did because a new order came in. Well, 2 new problems now. We sent the money via PayPal with the link we used for years but now they won't accept it because it wasn't a "Friends and Family" transfer. They also won't return the money that was sent but said we need to contact PayPal. If it's not resolved today they will be reported for fraud. The second new problem is that they now lost more inventory! The new order that just came in was only for products that we were told are in inventory and not lost. Now they are saying some of this order is lost also. And now we are waiting again for an update. Shopify really should ban motionrc from their platform. PayPal as well. --- Motionrc.eu has destroyed our business. We have been stuck with them for years since getting our inventory out has been complicated. We found out this week that they have lost most of our inventory, worth tens of thousands of dollars, which means we are effectively out of business. I'm sure they will jump in the comments and say we aren't a client, which seems to be their way of dealing with angry customers. Our original rep Crystal was good to work with then we were moved to Chloe, who has been a real headache to deal with. We were recently moved to a new rep whose name I forget. In all fairness, I don't think the reps are the problem. This is a company rotten from the top down. I'll update the review if anything changes. Hopefully, they find our inventory, but we are being ghosted now. Oh, and the app is pretty much unusable. We have been having to upload orders manually in spreadsheets to fulfill orders.
