Had a missing part on my black horse decathlon and they look care of it right away outstanding customer support

As I bought some really cool RC HELICOPTERS , I wanted to go from the 250 , 450 , 470 scale to the 700 and above. Now that I got the 700 scale and wanted help with getting the right interiors of my new model , I got the cold shoulder. Im being told that I should NOT get into this type of model because I needed to be an experienced builder.
But how am I supposed to get experienced if I dont try building one myself. It seems like all the dumb questions that one says should not be considered dumb , are dumb questions when it comes to motion RC. They arent willing to help me get the right products to build my new adventure and try to discourage me from going forward to living a dream with RC Helicopters.
I feel so disappointed that a company that sells such products, arent willing to help you build a successful model.

I purchased a 1/200 RC Queen Mary 2 model boat from the in-house Bancroft manufacturer, very good, shipped from Netherlands (the EU hub) to the UK in 4 days, Friday to Tuesday, free shipping on anything over £99 aswell

selling sets that you havent in stock then lying numerous times about delivery dates then separating the order and delivering on two dates when i paid for entire order the same day....you guys dropped the ball big time and ill never recommend you but only bad mouth your bizz in the future

I purchased two RC tanks and an extra battery pack. There was an issue with the battery pack and one of the little plastic tank commander figures. I contacted Motion RC and through their warranty claims process, both issues were resolved quickly. I would definitely do business with Motion RC again.
