Aaron was the best! He really listened me to to help me with the services that I really needed. I recommend this service to anyone in a move big or small, across town or a different state.

Everyone who called or emailed to assist me was very polite and easy to speak with. They never pressured me to choose one provider over another, instead, they simply provided facts and information saving me the time to look this up myself. They provided all of the info I needed to setup new services at my new home and took care of these tasks for me when possible. It was incredibly helpful and I was so happy my insurance agent provided this service for me.

Set up services yourself. They told me services were arranged but they were not. By the time they got around to establishing service, the package they had quoted me was no longer available. I had alteady arranged changes to my current services based on this, so now it is going to be twice as much work to get services sorted out.

If you want something done right, just do it yourself.

Move Concierge was provided to us through our home owners insurance at no cost.
They did nothing right for us. I wanted AT&T and they tried pushing Spectrum whom I will never have dealings with.
Move Concierge did not set up any of our internet phone or utilities. I had to do it all and as a result of waiting for them nothing was accomplished on time. Move concierge was utterly useless and actually impeded us and made everything worse

The company has helped me considerably.

Very good experience and explanation of services

Appreciated the help setting up the utilities and making all the necessary appointments. Made moving in a lot less stressful. AJ was great at explaining everything also

Top notch.

I got this service free. It wasn't worth free. They signed me up for an internet package I didn't want. I told them to cancel it, got the promise they would. Got a call from the installer on the day of the appointment. Now on the hook for the appointment. On top of that, they sold my email to a bunch of companies, resulting in a ridiculous amount of spam.

Move Concierge took the time to explain all the services they offered to me and didn't push anything that didn't make sense for me to purchase. Everything I did do through them went seamlessly.

Ashley Britton was a huge help getting my utilities set up and appointments scheduled. She was very informative and explained things very well. This is a wonderful service. Ashley could not have been nicer. I feel like I count on her if any issues should come up, which helps relief during a stressful move.

Heather Lane was amazing to work with! She was already prepared before our call with Internet providers and security providers that service the area we are moving to along with all applicable rates, which allowed me to make a decision in seconds on who to go with. She was extremely professional and was also very personal during our conversation, which made the experience much less transactional and more relaxed and open.

Very thorough going over every aspect on the services offered. Keith is pretty awesome!
