Bought boots online for my wife unfortunately stitching started to come undone, contacted mr shoes, they promptly issued me with a return label and replaced the boots. Excellent customer service and friendly.

Bought sandals from Norwich Mr Shoes which were quite expensive. Rieker. Gave me blisters as very hard on top of my toes.
Explained to Manager. No concern and no help. Wasted money.
Will not return to the shop

Went to Thetford branch today. Never been before. Was looking for some new boots. Pleased with the choices and bought a pair. However only four stars because the two members of staff were so in your face, asking if can help every few minutes. Noticed they were doing it with everybody. I know only being helpful but was getting a bit much after about the sixth time! I was desperate for boots so put up with it but think they could do with backing off a bit.. and not staring all time watching my every move! Bit uncomfortable. Would go back in hope their approach to customer service would be reviewed.

No item been over a week no updates no communication being ignored yet taken money will be raising dispute with bank and overcharged with postage next day delivery still waiting ignore emails

I ordered boots in size 10.5 as advertised but they sent size 11 as size 10.5 didn't actually exist. When I flagged the problem they responded immediately, recognised it as their mistake, and agreed to send a size 10 (which does fit) free of charge. We agreed that I would not return the 11s but donate them to a charity shop. We exchanged several emails and all were answered immediately and helpfully.

Terrible - they sent the wring size (accepted it was wrong based on my order) and then said I had to pay for return post.

Great shoes at a good price, offering special offers for recurrent customers, good customer service in general, good treatment from staff members who are always happy to help; just to say something, communication is a bit slow but that’s all I can say, as any issue is sorted professionally. Highly recommended.

It's really disappointing that I couldn't contact customer support when I had some questions regarding my order. But in any way I love my shoes from there.

Needed a refund , contacted the company and sent photo of problem. They accepted the problem and refunded my account THE SAME DAY. That is excellent customer service.

last time i ordered mustang shoes for my husband on mr shoes and were surprised receiving my parcel even earlier then expected. it came 2 days faster then usually, so i can tell that this web site became even better now.

Purchase a pair of gents sandals and very pleased with them , however cant say I was pleased with the service. The two young ladies in the shop were either having a bad day or its a lack of training, no smiles and no thank you.

Bought a pair of Catesby shoes from Mr Shoes £59.99 and then £5 instore discount. Staff could not tell me where they were made so looked on web. Whoops - there were the same shoes online with rrp of £44.99 and online price of £34.99. £20 difference!
I then came up against Mr Shoes "excellent customer service" as shown on the banner on the website - no refund, just credit note, and no price matching. The best they could offer was £10 off another pair of shoes.
Needless to say I won't be back there again to claim £10 off another pair of overpriced shoes.

Unfortunately chose Mr Shoes Norwich to purchase a pair of Dr Martins for my son as an xmas present. Got home to be informed by the wife that the style was incorrect. Went back the very next day for the correct style to be advised that this was not stocked. No problem, just refund you would think!! Let Me try another store. Only to be advised of the company's strict no refund policy. To be fair this is printed behind the counter and is obvious when the curt assistant was pointing at it. I only wish she could have been as demonstrative yesterday before I handed over my hard earned money. I now have an unwanted pair of boots. On the plus side I was forced to look on Amazon to obtain the correct style. Let me advise you that all Dr Martins are sold a hell of a lot cheaper on line than in Mr Shoes. You also have a no quibble return policy. Keep it local and on the high street so goes the saying. Maybe these local shops should learn something from corporations like Amazon. When the customer is held at the heart of a retail business and should always get what they want. If you don't want to hold your customer dear then just bloody close your doors and stop wasting their time.
