Mr Shoes Opiniões 

When I made my order, the boots that I ordered were black chunky ones with cut outs and silver buckles.. when they came, they were completely different.. and then when I checked the website, the name of the ones that I originally ordered, had a different photo (of the boots that I actually received). So there must have been an error on the site when I made the order and I've now ended up with a pair of boots that I don't even like. AND I have to pay £3.99 if I want to send them back?! Ridiculous.

Item was correct, on time. I had to change delivery address was no trouble for member of staff who took the call! Will definitely use this site again.

This company is awful, firstly sending me the wrong shoes and then not sending me the correct shoes I ordered I will definitely not be using them again. I am appalled at the service.

Mr shoes were really good. I ordered a pair of shoes online and asked for instore collection which said it was due to be in store within 10 working days. I needed the boots quicker but gambled for this as it is local and would of saved me money instead of ordering them to my house for £3.99 3 - 5 working days delivery. The very next day my shoes were ready to be collected! So luckily i didn't get the home delivery. This saved me money. I got a call and the women was so lovely. I went to collect my shoes the next day and they were so polite and welcoming! I'm in love with this shop and it has only been my first purchase! Would fully recommend this shop! Amazing quality boots. Comfortable and look drop dead gorgeous! Already have had many complements on them. Cant wait for my next purchase!

I could not fit the shoes yet i had to pay to return them the process to even exchange is complicated

Excellent delivery service - delivered on date and on time. Excellent boots, whick i will enjoy wearing this winter. Will definately use again

the boots arrived very quickly but they were to tight due to being very narrow fit return to Mr shoe, at a cost of £.11.00 postage for next day delivery, company refund me the cost of the boots less the P&P so at cost of £16.00 finished up with no boots lesson learned buy from local shop , as it very hard to see the boot with out having it your hand and trying it on

Would not really buy again from them, you would have to buy a few pair of shoes and if the shoes are not right you are massively out of pocket. They seem to be still targeting & capturing a localised market not a national base. Quick good customer relations via email would have nor rang them on any queries as again this was a cost.
