AVOID AVOID AVOID!!if i could give no stars i would. ordered a christmas present and it never came, after threatening to report them i got a call on Christmas eve saying i should have been emailed that they realised the drink i had ordered was out of date, they have promised me a refund many times but still no £29.50 back in my account.

I've had the same issue that a lot of people have had with this seller. I placed an order in November and it took them a month to let me know my items weren't available. They said they'd refund me but still waiting.

When trying to email or message them they don't send. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for a reliable retailer

Still waiting on my order from a month ago - messaged them twice and eventually someone got back to me saying they would refund me - still waiting !!!!
Total scammers !!!!

I went to their shop once and was surprised how cheap their fine champagnes are and I had many doubts on it’s authenticity and quality.

The shop was really hot and all fine champagnes were sitting upright on the shelves gathering dust. After some assurance and from sales person, I went and bought the Laurent Perrier Grand Siécle and it doesn’t come in it’s usual box.

I opened it yesterday and it’s corked, clearly it has been for long!

I store my champagnes well and in a controlled temperature.

They won’t assist further and you can only refund within 30 days!

Knowing that fine champagnes can be stored for long time and often drunk on special occasions. They also stated they had expected me to check the condition of the cork when I leave the shop! HOW can I check when it’s all wrapped and sealed.

Disgraceful customer service.

Don’t waste your money and avoid this shop. Buy from reputable shop.

Placed order of bottle they said on site they had 7 of. You can only pay by bank transfer but with the details they give neither of my banks would make the payment as they could not confirm payee was legit. I then contacted shop to ask how to pay and was told they did not have bottle i had just ordered so they cancelled my order. Sounds very dodgy and glad banks were alert.

Very good experiences on two occasions, 1st was in store at Streatham and 2nd time was for an order placed on their website which was delivered next day.

When I first stumbled on their website I saw some bottle's that I couldn't get anywhere else at a very good price, I came across the payment method and was dubious as not many companies want bank transfers so I decided to go to their store instead for peace of mind, very professional and friendly staff dealt with my order.

Since then I have placed an order on their website then went ahead and sent payment via bank transfer and my bottles were delivered the next day.

Straight forward business and a very good selection of bottles even rare bottles that are hard to come by at the lowest price on the market. It's 5 star from me.

There delivery services is unreliable and unprofessional.
In order to make an order you have to make a bank transfer. I ordered 3 drinks worth approximately £250 including a next day delivery. This order was made before there cut off point , they did not contact me with a delivery slot or time .
So I proceeded to chase them on the time my order would be delivered. Was give a slot between 6-7pm . 8:30pm went by still no delivery, long story short they didn’t make this delivery till like midnight and that’s because I called them say no I paid for a next delivery I don’t care if it’s late . They had my number and did not communicate any issues . Then when I open the box there was only 2/3 drink . Informed them and basically asked for a refund which took 2week for . There excuse was my account kept on returning the money due to my account details being wrong 😑. My account details were correct .Gave them a different account and the refund me the wrong amount, very unprofessional because they know how much I paid . It’s like I have to chase them to delivery what I paid for and a refund . Strongly advise against ordering online maybe try the store and leave a review.
Hopefully this helps someone not to make the same mistake with this unprofessional company!
