Customer Service Great....
The customer service is great but the website is not as user friendly. Having to enter everything in multiple times for each person (ie.... our maintenance techs have multiple properties they are on call for at one time and you have to put them on call for each individual property instead of being able to select all properties at one and adding them one time)
Functional but ready for an update
CTMe is a platform I know well, which makes it easy for me to use. However, for new users, the system is not very intuitive. Certain workflows feel clunky, and the interface feels outdated in both appearance and functionality.
One specific improvement I would love to see is better document identification within the email screen. Having additional markers, such as time stamps in addition to just dates, would make navigating documents much more efficient.
Where CTMe truly shines is in its customer support. When you have a question or need assistance, you can call in and issues are typically resolved almost immediately. That level of responsiveness is a major strength and a big reason many users stay with the platform.
That said, I would welcome meaningful updates to the overall look and user experience. Many agents continue to use CTMe largely because it’s the system most commonly used in our industry, and switching platforms can feel like more work than it’s worth. Ease of staying does not always mean it’s the best solution, and some modernization could go a long way.

Services are spotty, while customer service does their best.
Services are constantly spotty, some days half our users can't get into the Citrix portal, and other days the Tenmast service is inaccessible to any of our users. Features come and go as updates are applied, and fixes for these sometimes go too long for consistent productivity from our users. Customer service is friendly and try to be helpful (ie password reset or new user creation requests are usually completed within the hour of request) but there are times when an issue seems to be beyond their immediate abilities ( ie service outages, application breaks due to faulty updates, sometimes taking a full day or two to acknowledge the ticket has been created, etc). Communication in general can be hit or miss, and tickets are often needing to be escalated through account managers to get responses or traction. When our agency was considering moving from an internally hosted Tenmast server to the Tenmast SaaS option we were told about a lot of new functions, features, and services we would be able to use in house, in public, and for our clients (ie mobile app access for account management, etc) which turned out not to be true once our transition was completed.
Tenmast Uptime and Feature Consistency need to be improved.

The customer service is fantastic! I wish there was a spell check system in place for the email section at least. Typos are easy to make especially when typing via a phone screen.
Complex commercial books
The MRI support personnel was very kind and tried helping but due to the complexity of our books she did not have the answer I needed. I used the reports I knew to be best which were not the reports she had suggested. I do appreciate her efforts.
Very useful software
Definitely makes completing the HUD required forms a lot easier and quicker. Support personnel are knowledgeable on HUD information and answer my questions quickly. Only complaint is how long I am on hold before I can talk to a person when I call for support.
