Great overall - billing, not so good
Overall, the experience has been extremely positive, apart from billing. We have not had correct billing for over a year and since we took on an extra, bundled service package. I have detailed the discrepancy many times and spending a long time going through bank statements, for the accounts dept. It still hasn't been corrected.

Competent and friendly support! The representative that helped me was kind, patient and knowledgeable. I have only had positive experiences with the CTM staff and this was no exception.

My question was answered very quickly and help navigating to get my file back in order! I had not used a couple of the features in a while and forgot how to integrate counter offer date into the calendar… The representative was super knowledgeable and got me there quickly
Great Support and Knowledge
Working with MRI to maintain and improve our PMX system has been a much smoother experience when we began working together as a Company to tackle the Software. Customer support is able to quickly solve many of our issues very quickly. If a ticket ever does need to get sent up the ladder, I know the Lead's expertise is a boon to the team to have the issue fully resolved (Shout out Chelsea & Nicole!). Support is also a great resource of information for implementations to prevent issues in the future and how to catch them early. The X7 revamp has also been a great enhancement to the base product. Our Account Managers have also been great resources for unused applications and how they can be implemented.

Fast, Friendly and Effective Service - I always know that when I have to call for support it will be a pleasant experience. Today I needed help finding a document that I'd lost in the system - within seconds it was back in the file and I felt like I'd called a friend - super pleasant experience.
