Car went in for MOT and unfortunately failed. As it wss bank holodsy I was advised work couldn't be completed until quotes received and obviously this woukd be delayed. Car was left with them over the weekend and on Tuesdsy was advised of the costing to complete works. Asked for some additional work to be completed which again was quoted and all okayed to go ahead. Received call Thursday afternoon to advise all complete and picked up Friday morning. Can't fault the service or the communication.

Always superb service

Firstly Amy is a credit to the company, friendly, welcoming,made me a coffee while I waited and even when she was busy she made time to get me a cool drink later on, professional at her job,well done. Secondly the mechanics were very helpful diagnosing my problem,which I thought was a blowing exhaust,turned out to be something to do with incorrect seating of the Air Cleaner Box,well done guys and thanks,well recommend,will use again.

MOT done. Ready when promised. Simple.

The service was efficient, would have been a bit better to know how much pressure was put into my new tyre ,so I can see if there is a difference between the 2 front tyres. I looked in my car booklet & it says the pressure in kpi is looked on net & it says 26.5 11bs for tyres. If I have a notification of what mr tyre recommends for tyre pressure in tyres it would help.i will phone the tyre branch for more info.every thing was quick service was good.thanks.had a free coffee while I was waiting staff polite,I have not had any info for tyre pressures before at any other tyre centres, so it's just a small niggle,apart from the centres giving a bit more information on tyre pressures that's it,a good job otherwise.

No problem with this puncture repair. Rather expensive but staff were polite and helpful
