This company uses Parcelforce to deliver who text me to say they would deliver between 12 and 1 pm on 20 /11/24. If I was unable to make that time I was given options . I was back in the house at 11.50 only to find out that Parcelforce tried to deliver at 11.40 . What is the point in giving you a narrow time frame and not complying with it? This is bad business practice. Surely it would be better for the courier to give a larger time frame if there is a possibility of them being earlier ?
I shall not use Mulberry again as you don’t use a reliable courier. I went out of my way to be back in time to receive the parcel.I received a parcel from Small Kins in Northern Ireland today which was sent using Royal Mail far more efficiently and quicker also.

My granddaughters love these dolls ! They have both chosen different ones again this Birthday both selecting a change of outfit ! They are very well made and extremely good quality !

I have been ordering for many years. They have a good choice of gifts especially for younger children. Ordering is simple, I prefer to phone, always very friendly operators and delivery is swift. And all from the comfort of my home

The telephone was answered promptly by a friendly voice. I placed my order and was advised of delivery time. My order was delivered by Royal mail within the time advised . Mulberry informed me of dispatch,which was well within the 5/7days quoted.My parcel arrived in perfect order. I have used Mulberry several times and always had excellent service and lovely toys.

I have just received the Christmas gift I have bought for my grand-daughter this year. It is the Swan Lake Ballerina Jewellery Box and it is absolutely lovely! Thank you Mulberry Bush.

As a member of a Hedgehog Rescue I am dismayed to see Rubber band guns being sold by this reputable company. They are a serious danger to wildlife as the rubber bands are discarded outside where wildlife, including hedgehogs can become entangled. These bands inflict severe injuries on the hogs and some die or have life changing injuries. Hedgehogs are vulnerable to extinction so don't need this added problem.

Sadly, they are selling an un-environmental - and lethal to wildlife - rubber band gun to the dismay of hedgehog rescues up and down the country. Please kindly withdraw this so-called 'children's toy' from sale before wildlife are hurt and you inevitably increase the litter in the environment. Other eco-friendly options are available.

There were some lovely things to get for my granddaughter. It was lovely to get her some pens with her name on which she will love because nobody seems to do Pippa. Then l had a board for her times tables which is really well made so pleased with my purchases also arrived very quickly.

Not sure why you charge extra for delivery to the Isle of Wight, as I thought if you use Royal Mail they don't charge extra for deliveries here.

An expensive toy I had purchased did not work. When I contacted the company, they implied I wasn’t using it correctly. They left me on hold 3 times to “consult a colleague” and insisted the toy be returned for “assessment”. To return the toy the company require many steps to be followed. In summary, a really poor experience. I will not use Mulberry bush again and will tell my many friends and family how bad the customer service was.

Amazing quality products and super quick delivery. Couldn’t be happier! Will definitely be shopping here again.

Usual good quality and prompt delivery of ordered goods.
Now all 3 grand daughters have personalised swimming gear. Armchair shopping for slightly immobile grandma, who finds the choice of well made presents for children good and in many cases quite different.Thanks.

Fair enough to request photo of defective product but that should have been enough in most cases to send a replacement.
Instead more into was asked for as well as return of difficult-to-package product.Much hassle for the recipient.
Since this was a gift and a small child was disappointed, I consider the response inadequate and inappropriate.
Won't buy from you again .
