I have recently purchased an M-Track Quad audio interface to replace my older interface (also purchased from Music On My PC). The product arrived well packaged, It was the best price on the net and it was delivered in 48hrs. Looked around for a good price on Reason 7 upgrade. There were a couple of stores doing it a bit cheaper, but this store actually had stock and they delivered next day. Was well pleased.

I bought a midi keyboard from "MusiconmyPC" a little over a year ago via E-bay. Just before the warranty ran out it started playing up and I could get no sound out of it with my music notation software and was getting strange messages about midi problems. I tried everything I could think of to no avail so got it back to "MusiconmyPC" literally about 2 days before the warranty expired. Having explained to Richard at "MusiconmyPC" exactly what I had done and what was happening he said he would run some tests himself before, if necessary, returning it to the manufacturer.
He tried everything he knew but found it all to be working as it should and was unable to replicate the symptoms which I had experienced so was as certain as he could be that it was a fault with my system.
I was puzzled but agreed that he could return it to me which he did. Soon after that I got an e-mail from him pointing me at a web-based forum and, lo and behold, there was an article describing exactly the problem I had and with a suggested fix which, I'm pleased to say, worked a treat.
I certainly didn't think the problem was with my system, particularly as the messages stopped once I had disconnected the keyboard, and would never have found the solution that Richard pointed me at. A year ago when I bought the keyboard "MusiconmyPC" was just someone selling on E-bay who happened to have what I wanted at a really good price; now I think they're a lot more than that. Jane and Richard are people who undoubtedly "know their stuff" and are prepared to put themselves out to help their customers. I would recommend them, in the highest terms, to anyone who is in the market for music technology.

4 stars only because i am 1 week into using mixcraft pro studio6 so i havnt tried it out properly yet but it seems very simple to use.
disc arrived quickly and had no issues with Music on my PC.
i asked 1 question and got an honest answer which saved me £60 which i would probably have spent with them on the same product, so five stars for that.

It was good to be able to order multiple items (of the same item) all in one place for a change. In the UK this is often not possible especially when buying Hosa (and other) audio adapters. Decent price and order came the next day with free postage/shipping. No more having to wait for orders to arrive from USA.

I received concise and accurate advice from Music On My PC. Very pleased with the attitude of the staff. An all round positive experience.

Music on my PC are a company that go that extra mile to resolve sales issues even when discovered after sale completed. This is so rare these days as most business sales made if a problem occurs and you make contact to make a complaint.
You are either referred to the manufacturer or they ask you to return it to be inspected at your expense. So you are now without it for however long it takes to inspect, repair or replace! Not Music on my PC I discovered after changing my iPad model which my product purchased was used for holding securely that the holding clip on kit was missing for my iPad 3? No quibble just sent very quickly the missing kit to make my product fit and hold my iPad 3 securely again. We are also in business and when others in our business circle ask where did you buy that we will have no hesitation in telling them Music on my PC! As they care about their customers Well done Music on my PC!
