She made it easy for me to understand everything that pertains to the job within this particular agency. She's very respectful and extremely easy to talk to. I’ve just moved my father in with me at home. Cynthia has been amazing helping us with the waiver process to become an at home paid caregiver for my father. I have to say I am appreciative of the company, it's employees in administration and the technology implemented to assist those of us out in the field. I had been taking care of my elderly mother for years for free. Although I dont do this for the money, I do appreciate All American looking after me and making sure I do receive some payment. It almost feels like confirmation that I am being a good son.

I’m coming up on my year and so far I haven’t had any problems and I got to give props to all staff members for their l loyalty.
