Our mission is to make the workplace more inclusive for all by providing individual users and partner organizations access to a wide eco-system of services, including job opportunities, training, mentoring, employer branding, and free community events. Joining the platform is free for individual members, which supports myGwork’s goal of ensuring that the platform's benefits are as accessible and as far-reaching as possible. Corporate members get a tailored service, with carefully curated product packages to help them achieve all their DE&I goals. myGwork organizes two annual events, WorkFair – the largest virtual global career fair for the LGBTQ+ professionals, graduates and students, and WorkPride – a week-long global conference for the LGBTQ+ business community and allies during Pride Month. The company also recently launched the myGwork Academy, delivering practical and relevant LGBTQ+ training education to help create inclusive workplaces for all. myGwork Has It All
I have known Adrien and Pierre for over 13 years and as I have moved companies I have advocated that we partner with myGwork to ensure that we not only attract the best talent, but have a safe space to learn, grow and ask questions so that we can be the best employer we can for the LGBTIQA+ community.
Over the years myGwork has become more than a recruitment platform and more of a strategic business partner in the diversity and inclusion space. We work closely with myGwork around learning content, recruitment, EVP, ERG's and utilise guest speakers for key dates. Work Pride is a key event where we can participate but also open it up to all our people globally to be able to join webinars on topics that interest them.

myGwork gave me a voice when I needed it most and continues to drive powerful change for the LGBTQ+ community
When I was first introduced to myGwork, I was going through a really difficult time dealing with homophobia at work. It was isolating and painful—but myGwork gave me a platform to share my story and, more importantly, a voice when I felt voiceless. That experience was a turning point for me.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working much more closely with myGwork over the past four years through my role at Booking.com. I’ve seen firsthand the incredible work they do to uplift LGBTQ+ professionals, foster inclusive workplaces, and push for real change—not just in theory, but in action.
It’s hard to measure the true impact of an organisation like myGwork, because so much of what they do touches people in deeply personal ways. But I can say with certainty: their impact is huge.
