Having dealt with Marta face-to-face during the last few days, I am pleasantly surprised with her service and willingness to attend to the concerns I raise. I must say because of her, it has positively changed my impression of the unpleasant past experience I had in the past. Keep up the good work, Marta. I think mylondonhome should use u as the benchmark of service level that may delight the customers.

My London Home has been very easy to work with. After 5 properties falling through with other agencies last year, I expected this experience to be the same. From beginning to end it was fairly seamless. From our initial visit to the property to the financial transactions, and inventory check with Jasleen, we couldn't be happier. They kept us updated whenever necessary, and were understanding with any snags on our end. Thank you.

I had a very good experience with Hannah and Adam. They are very nice and friendly and they can give you the confidence that you will be get the best deal for your property .

This was the second property they handled for me successfully.

Don't inspect properties so landlords beware if you value you property. For tenants they attempt to withhold large amounts of deposits for the tiniest little marks and show huge bills for them with no invoices where these are clearly wear and tear. Avoid this company clearly they take advantage of those who need their deposit back quickly which fortunately I do not. The whole process of dealing with them was unnecessarily difficult start to finish, avoid them at all costs.

This is NOT a review of MyLondonHome - but a review of an excellent member of their staff: Jamie Bayley. I have some very specific property requirements linked to my medical status and only a very limited number of properties are suitable for me. Unfortunately, I've been sent many suggestions for inappropriate, inaccessible properties. These just waste my time and limited energy. In contrast to this, Jamie Bayley listened carefully to what I needed. And responded extremely usefully to my requests. His suggestions did indeed tick all my boxes. Even better than that, though, he suggested an area which I hadnt thought of / remembered. His idea is extremely good! He clearly listened well - to be able to have such a clever idea! Thanks so much, Jamie! You're great!

I have recently been dealing with a difficult situation where i have been refused concierge services in the building i live in due to an ongoing dispute between the landlord and the body corporate.
During this period Orlando has been on the case going above and beyond in order to rectify the situation. What would have been a stressful situation for me has actually been an easy ride, as Orlando has taken on the task of connecting multiple parties in order to come to a fair result for all.
