Dear Peternarians,
We are so glad we chose you to help us on the occasion of our wedding. We hired you because we needed a "babysitter" for our little 6-year-old Maltese, Nellie, who suffers from severe anxiety. We really wanted Nellie to be able to participate in our wedding for as long as possible—in fact, she was our ring bearer at the ceremony—but when the time came and Nellie became too overwhelmed, we needed someone who could drive her back to our place and stay with her at home until we got back after the party.
We had the absolute pleasure of having Sarah from your team with us at the wedding. Sarah had a wonderful, calm energy that Nellie responded amazingly well to. On top of that, she was just super sweet and pleasant to have at our table all evening. Sarah looked after Nellie while we were eating, and then we swapped afterward so Sarah could eat as well. That worked out so smoothly. Whenever Nellie needed a break, Sarah took her for a walk, which helped a lot. Normally, Nellie is absolutely not a fan of being taken away from us, so we were a bit nervous about this beforehand. But amazingly enough, Nellie wasn't anxious at all when sitting with Sarah or walking with her. We truly believe it was Sarah's great energy that helped Nellie relax. It was absolutely fantastic!
When it was time for Nellie to go home, we ordered a taxi for Sarah and her. When we finally got home later, Nellie was still completely calm—which is wonderful, as she usually "scolds" us by growling and barking a bit when we come home. We had a bit of trouble getting a taxi when Sarah needed to go all the way home herself, so she suggested using a rent-a-car (car-share) service to drive home instead, which is what we ended up doing. We are now considering whether it would be possible to hire Sarah (the exact same person) again if Nellie ever needs pet sitting in the future. It was just so nice for us to see them get along so well.
Furthermore, we would also like to thank everyone at MyPeternarian in general for being flexible enough to accommodate such a custom arrangement with us. We are incredibly grateful that this was possible, allowing us to truly enjoy our wedding day to the fullest.

Meget venligt og professionelt personale. De tog sig rigtig godt af min kat der skulle vaskes og De-sheddes for første gang. Min kat er noget ængstelig og nervøs. Groomeren tog sig rigtig godt og kærligt af ham og resultatet var helt fantastisk ❤️. Min kat var helt rolig da jeg kom og hentede ham igen. Vil helt sikkert komme der næste gang katten skal groomes.

We have a lovely little Pomeranian named Loki who’s been going to this salon since he was a puppy—we wanted him to get comfortable with grooming early on. They’ve always done a great job with him. They switched groomers earlier this year, but the quality of their work has stayed just as good, and we really appreciate how well they take care of our little guy. No complaints at all—they always text when he’s ready for pickup, and on a few especially cold days when I’d locked myself out of my condo, they even let me wait in their side room.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience. We have two dogs and were charged two mobile visit fees for a double consult. That's not really much of a problem, although unfair, it's what came next.

My dog arrived in DK and had full paperwork to enter the EU. DK government vet fully approved and signed off, including copies of the dog's rabies vax certificate.

I paid for a home EU pet passport visit. The vet gave us an EU pet passport the dog, but did not fill out the details required for us to travel - including the rabies vax information. So we literally have an empty EU pet passport.

Mypeterinarian even chased us and threatened debt collection for a very minor fee (despite charging us two mobile fees for the one visit). When I explained that they charged us unfairly twice, and we have an incomplete pet passport, they never spoke to us again

Totally disgraceful and untrustworthy.

We moved our two cats from Copenhagen to Cambodia and would really like to thank Dr. Irene and MyPeterinarian for supporting us. The move took planning over months and Dr. Irene helped us with absolutely everything: vaccinations, blood tests, getting paperwork sorted with government ministries, and even a care plan for stressed cats after we arrived. Dr. Irene was a calm, professional, and reassuring support and we are so grateful for her efforts. Our only regret is that she is no longer our vet!

My two recommendations for moving pets to another country are to start the process early, and to get MyPeterinarian to help you. Dr. Irene, we’d not have been able to do this without you!!

Once a month Matylda comes by to help me with keeping my cat in great shape (clipping nails, brushing teeth). Everytime Matylda will tell me something I didn't know about cats, recommends books to read and other things that makes it clear that she loves animals and that she knows what she is doing. I recommend this service (and company) very highly.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care provided by MyPeterinarian and how much I would recommend them! They were highly recommended by the hotel and I can see why, their services truly elevated my experience during my stay in Copenhagen, and I really can't imagine the trip without them.

Leaving my dog, who in addition to being over 60 kg, suffers from separation anxiety when she is not with me, in their capable hands allowed me to explore the city and dine out without worry. Booking their care for five consecutive days, I was impressed by the seamless team coordination and fantastic care they provided. When there was a team swap, the second member spent time with my dog alongside the first team member to ensure a smooth transition so that she would not experience anxiety.

During their care, MyPeterinarian noticed my dog's allergy symptoms. While unable to diagnose the exact allergen due to my limited time in Denmark, they provided medication, allergy management food, treats, and detailed instructions for managing the condition. Additionally, they offered in-room veterinary services to assist with my trip back home—an incredibly luxurious and stress-free experience for both me and my dog. She has never been so happy and relaxed while seeing the vet!

I am truly grateful for MyPeterinarian's support and care during my time in Copenhagen. I've even had the pleasure of meeting many members of the MyPeterinarian team and they were all extremely kind and professional. I wish that they had a branch in my hometown, as I would use their services all the time and recommend them to everyone I know. I am truly excited to see this fantastic company continue to grow and expand!

Truly a wonderful experience! We were traveling from Paris to Copenhagen with our dog (a 1 year old Pomeranian) and were so happy to find a daycare service that we could utilize for the day. The booking process couldn’t have been more seamless, and drop off instructions and communication with the caretaker, were prompt and clear. We were fortunate enough to have our little girl spend the day with Isabel at MyPeterinarian. Isabel was beyond welcoming when we dropped Romy off, and provided a very thorough update midday and then at the end of the day. You can clearly see (photos attached) that Romy had the best day exploring the nearby park and hanging out with Isabel. We picked up a very happy, tuckered dog who loved her experience. We couldn’t recommend the services at MyPeterinarian more!

I had an amazing experience with MyPeterinarian. Firstly, Tarek was very responsive and accommodating to my quite urgent needs, and found my little dog a suitable sitter to board him in no time.
Then, the sitter - Christina - was the loveliest, and super communicative the entire time. My dog absolutely loved her and I can tell she took great care of him.
They both put me at ease and I didn’t have to worry about a thing during my vacation.
I will use them again and 100% recommend their service if you’re looking for a reliable, stress-free pet sitting/boarding experience.

I recently moved to CPH from abroad and I'm SO happy that I found My Peterinarian! I don't mind taking the metro to get here because it's totally worth it. From the moment I contacted them to get information about the pet registration to just visiting them for a regular check up, I can tell that Dr. Kinga truly LOVES animals. My dog Rocky absolutely enjoys his visits so I can totally recommend this place to anyone!

I have used My Peterinarian twice for home vet visits for my cat, who gets extremely upset when taken into a vet clinic. It’s an amazing service for people with sensitive kitties. Kinga is a professional and clearly cares about her patients. She’s responsive to questions. I will definitely keep using this service in the future

We are so grateful to MyPeterinarian for taking such good care of our little baby. We needed a dog daycare while visiting museums while on vacation in Copenhagen. Our dog was treated like one of their own by MyPeterinarian. Every activity was done with him, including games and lengthy walks. Email updates from his daily activities were sent to us along with pictures and videos. Isabel shared details of their trips and playtime in incredibly sweet emails. They also gave him a great grooming. Even better, they took him to popular tourist locations where they posed him with well-known landmarks. If we return to Copenhagen, we will definitely stop by Mypeterinarian again. We would highly recommend them. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Agnes also gave us a ton of activities and food recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better dog daycare.

In February we went with our boy cat to My Peterinarian Aps for vaccination. We made the appointment online on their website. It was very easy to use and all the prices were displayed for each procedure. The location was easy to find and very close the metro station and for us it was a big plus. Once we got there we found a very welcoming place and a very lovely lady doctor who was very patient with Fabriccio. She gave him time to get used with the new place and we could see and feel that she really loves to work with her little furry patients. It was a really pleasant experience and for sure we will come back whenever our cat needs medical services 😊

Fantastic pet care for our two dogs and rabbits while we were out for town for a week. Our sitter Isabel clearly adores animals and a highlight of our vacation were her funny, sweet emails capturing the antics of the day. Highly reccomend

I recently used MyPeterinarian to take care of my two cats while I was out of town, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Isabel was our petsitter, and she was prompt, professional, and extremely helpful. She took great care of our cats and provided them with an exceptional level of attention and care.

When we returned home, we found that our cats were in excellent condition and seemed to be even better off than when we left them. It was clear that Isabel had spent a lot of time playing with them, giving them attention, and making sure they were comfortable and happy.

I would highly recommend MyPeterinarian to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality pet care services. It is with great pleasure and gratitude that I write this review for My Peterinarian.

At the end of last year, we found out that we had messed up our cat’s rabies vaccine process for our relocation back to Australia. Which meant that we had to leave the country three months before Stella cat could leave.

We were in a real bind because we didn’t want to leave Stella with friends, in case it curbed their travel plans and was an inconvenience.

So I desperately asked around, and a few people recommended MyPeterinarian.

I emailed Tarek at MyPeterinarian, and as I was in such a panic, I followed it up with a phone call minutes later 😉.

I told him our situation, and he said, I think I can find a solution for you, give me 24 hours.

Within 24 hours he emailed to let me know he had someone who Stella could live with until it was time to leave. She is a vet student, and lives alone, so Stella wouldn’t be stressed with other cats. He also worked out a discounted rate because it was over such a long period, without me even asking him to.

We asked to meet Hannah before we committed, which was no problem for them, and we loved her the moment we met her.

Stella lived happily with Hannah in her gorgeous little apartment for the entire time. Hannah is loving, loves cats, and sent sweet and funny notes including photos all the time. We never had a moments worry - actually we had one worry, and that was that Stella loved Hannah so much, was it cruel to take her away from Hannah? And Hannah fell in love with Stella so it was a very sad thing for them to part ♥️.

In addition to minding Stella, the company also provided a vet to do the paperwork for Stella’s importation into Australia, as well as following a strict schedule of vaccinations/parasite treatments in order to be able to enter Australia. This paperwork is a nightmare, and involves trips miles out of Copenhagen to the state vet, etc. and any mistake would have resulted in Stella not being able to leave.

As with our entire experience with MyPeterinarian, they all did a fabulous job. Stella got on the plane she was booked on, and arrived on the day that was agreed to months before.

She was stressed about her journey of course, but is happy to be home and returned to all her normal behaviors. Last night she groomed our daughter, “Mum is it bad that she is licking my eye?” 😳 😱

Hannah if you ever want to come to Sydney, we have a spare room. You are family now.

We would HIGHLY recommend MYPeterinarian. We chose the option to have Bolette come stay at our house as we have an older dog and did not want to take her out of her environment. She was so sweet and we completely trusted her with our dog. She sent us pictures and updates all the while we were gone. We have more relaxing vacations knowing our pet is being well taken care of. We are getting ready to use MYPeterinarian for the 4th time. Thank you for everything!

This is the service I've wanted as long as I've had furballs in my care. The absolute relief of not subjecting our cats to the anguish of their carriers and a visit to a noisy clinical setting with other distressed animals is truly priceless. Every interaction we had with MyPeterinarian, from booking to the in-home checkups and vaccinations our cats received, was so friendly and professional. Our cats were completely at ease with Miriam, one even purred all through his checkup! I can't overstate how much we appreciated her calm demeanour and obvious care for her patients. She was very thorough and provided a detailed summary of the visit including follow-up recommendations we discussed. This was by far the best veterinary experience we've ever had the pleasure of receiving. Highly recommended!
