Put 50 bucks and lost it all. Did a mix of power play/flex picks. Followed “alleged winners that won over 20k” per prize pick and still lost on those plays. Used same plays on fan duel and Draft kings and won with them but lost on prize picks. Scammers.

Worst betting site ever, take forever to get paid because they make up some verification bs and when you verify they have to manually verify too, customer service is trash and I will never bet with these guys again, Betr and underdog were way easier!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Ive had my account since 2023, I don't really bet much. I stated using my account again in September 2025 and I referred 10 friends which was the max. I even applied to be a partner since I could get a lot more referrals. I deposited and placed 2 bets that lost and by the next day my account was banned. Customer service is unhelpful and just close chats without answers. They say I violated 8.2 and 5.2 but that's impossible ive read both and did nothing wrong. Ill be filing with the gaming department and the bbb I suggest everyone do the same to get them shut down.

Zero stars. Trash scam bet application. They delete, freeze and glitch your screen whenever you have a good winning bet pick. They mislead you on the red and green color analysis by doing psychology tricking with different sizes and shapes of the the stats lines. Total scam. And I believe they are in cahoots with the team’s somehow.

I wish there was -5 option because Prize picks be taking advantage of us regular people by taking out risk money, that sBULLSHIT AND screw (F) YOU !

Became a member but it won't take deposits. I'm in AZ, 21+ and location permissions all open. Took 45 minutes to find out AZ cannot really use this service as it is set up. Help Clay Travis! Back to MGM app.

Stay Away from PrizePicks! They are a bunch of scammers! I just download the app recently and deposited $100 knowing it’s legit. I keep on playing and winning $800 and some change so far but when I try to withdraw $400 they keep getting failed and rejected for days. And when I contact their customer service they can’t give me the right answer and keep giving me an excuse that maybe my card doesn’t accept withdrawal. I’m going to dispute the transaction through my bank and block that site or app for further transactions just incase they try to use my card

Absolute scam company. I had a promotion for an up to $50 protected play, made a deposit, followed all steps only for it not to apply to my slip. Obviously the app glitched or something happened.

Customer service lied to me, said it had to be $50 or more, I completely shut that down with proof of screenshot. The max is $50, so how does $50 or more make sense?

Then they passed me off to someone else 2 different times. Took over 3 hours just for them to say they can’t honor the promotion & they wouldn’t be giving me any type of bonus play for lying to me or putting me through a 3 hour back and forth.

David Goffins retired (quite) a tennis match minutes in to it do to injury. They flat out refused to do a reboot or DNP. That's like a nfl player getting injured at the beginning of the first quarter and them not doing a reboot. It's a scam don't waist your money on that app.

This app is absolute garbage. I can't withdraw my winnings because there is still a portion of my funds which I haven't wagered yet. So, even though I just won $100 that I would like to withdraw, I can't because there is still $20 in my account I haven't wagered yet. Just ridiculous. Plus, if you enter the exact same lineup just as a SGP in any sportsbook app instead, you'll receive more than double the payout compared to what prizepicks will give. Just absolute garbage, from top to bottom.

have had multiple bonuses I earned, expire with absolutely no expiration date.
have had lineups where I flexed bets to be higher. the easy bet didnt play and for 4 increased bets I get 2x my money.

prize picks absolutely sucks. dont talk to a team member because they will try to make you feel stupid.
about 4 times I explained why her math didnt add up and she tried to explain it in a way I was wrong.

My account got deactivated after winning for no apparent reason and no one can offer an explanation. Shitty support team whom might as well be AI bots. Prizepicks also keeps declining my withdrawal requests back to the same card that I deposited with.

I accidentally deposited $100 into my acct and meant to only deposit 10, immediately called the company to see if they could cancel the deposit, They told me there is nothing they could do and I would just have to initiate a withdrawal which I immediately did but as soon as I woke up the next morning, they deactivated my account and my $100 withdrawal was rejected, so I was literally scammed out of my money, the only way to contact them is through chat and email and all they would tell me is that due to misconduct my account has been permanently deactivated with no answers or explanatio!!! I just got done filing a Better Business Bureau complaint! This company is horrible!!! They’re much more reputable companies out there after finally doing my own review. Look at Reddit before you think about even looking at prize pics. This company is a complete scam and steal your money.

Prize picks sucks. Payouts are Low and can be challenging to request

The odds are extremely in their favor and they skim the odds up/down which I get the house wins. But there’s more honest sports books. Also an issue with promo notification, you load in and they disappear. Support is a crock of shit as well. Deleting account. Definitely better betting apps

Prize pick closed my account and took all my money seized it all you closed my first account so I opened another but what your not going to do is take my money I work hard for. Definitely filing. Petition and lawsuit cause prize picks has been ripping people off.

These people are scammers! Charged my husband’s debit card twice when he had never heard of this company before this happened. Tried to get charges reversed thru their chat system and was asked all kind of personal info just to be later told that they still couldn’t reverse the charges since they were unable to verify him. The photos were clear yet they stated that they could not verify him, bit they didn’t need verification to fraudulent charge his card twice. They charged a smaller amount and then a larger amount. He had to report the fraudulent charges to the bank, and close the account since he was advised that they are known for fraudulent charges. They have no one you can call, only chat. They are indeed scammers!!

HIGHLY DISREPUTABLE COMPANY; They've double charged my account for 1 deposit, reps then give you a total runaround on the situation that doesn't serve to find a solution, instead only excuses and never ending action I must take on my part, then when I have 1 of THEIR wrong additional charges reversed by my financial institution, Prizepicks freezes my funds. Never ever have I seen any professional company operate like this. That's because they lack professionalism and credibility. Deal with them at your own risk. Many of your transactions will go smoothly until they create an issue, then good luck resolving it. I wouldn't deal with this company
