Do not waste your money on this scam. I deposited cause i got a promo if i play 5$ get 50$ in free bets . I infact did not get the 50$ and got scammed no where did it say place bet on player it said play 5$ or more thats it. In my state you cant use player pick apparently. Please stay away from these scam artist.

I cant get any help whatsoever from a human. This company is only here to take your money. If you need any kinda help whatsoever, you are 100% screwed. Only A.I. support which was useless. Like the other low ratings, it's a nightmare to withdraw your funds. I'm glad it wasn't a lot of money but it's still been frustrating to get money out. Definitely going to use another platform once I finally manage to withdraw... if that ever happens.

Prize Picks took money away from my account and will not return it. They said they made a mistake on a payout, but when they make a mistake on their stats, and you lose, they don't return your funds.

This company let's people use stolen credit card info and steals money from innocent people. I had to jump thru hoops to first cancel my card then wait to get my money back not to mention waiting for a new card. I think they should be looked at by Federal Authorities. They need to be shut down.

I selected a game under teams. On 24th dec 1231am.
This game was canceled on the 21st of December it should not be available for selection. Prize picks cant fix it or refund for an error on their site that was their cause. So dis appointed.

I had a six leg parlay last night where two of my legs were injured before the half and got rebooted, which means they should have been removed from the parlay. Treyveon Henderson Injured and Rebooted, also Lamar Jackson injured and Rebooted. Drake Maye Needed ⬆️31.5 pass attempts he got 44✅. Derrick Henry needed ⬆️17 Rush Attempts he got 18✅. Zay Flowers needed ⬆️0.5 Rush yards he got 18✅. Lastly the big Discrepancy,
Zay Flowers last night. All I needed him was to get 7️⃣ seven receptions or more, but they did not mark him Green. It showed two horizontal gray lines, stating that it is still processing or a Tie/push. I had two players that were certainly injured before the halftime and were ruled out, which means the rest of my bet and all the other four legs hit, which means I was 4 out of 4 all correct. They didn’t wanna give me the win. They even said in the chat that he should’ve been marked green 😱, but they found a way to screw me out of the bet since it was the last one of the night that hit. They never gave me any clear actual reason. As of why. If I can show the screenshots of the conversations, they said they pretty much didn’t have a valid reason. I had all the facts, but they were not fair nor just.

DO NOT PLAY THE CULTURE GAMES. They will not explain why they did not payout after the game. They just say the results are based on third-party review and told me to read the game instructions. There is no way of contesting their results or proving them wrong. They claim high payouts in culture games, but then just tell you that you lost, too bad "game results can't be overturned".

I decided to take the early payout on a game. When I did so it gave me a lesser amount. When I spoke to two people at customer support, they both said that odds change during the game. I told them I realize that, but they’re obligated to let me know that my early payout number has changed and they didn’t. It showed the incorrect $ amount. They both ended the chat.

Prizepicks closed my account and seized all funds. They gave me no reason. It wasn't until I filed a complaint with the BBB that they responded with the reason. They stated I used 18 different devices and deemed that excessive. I own 2 devices, which I use to play (mobile phone and laptop), I'm not sure what that has to do with anything but I play by the rules and I win their money. That's what I do. When I tried to withdraw my funds and play elsewhere because I didn't like the glitchy website, my account was closed and funds seized. I've been doing a lot of research and this is common. The software they use for detecting such things seems to have some gaping holes that are ensnaring faithful users and gives the appearance of bad faith. My questions are; What other holes exist that jeopardize my account information that can be stolen by bad actors? What other holes exist that allow bad actors to illegally wager, lose money to prizepicks, and yet their account remains active only until they try to collect. Basically, we didn't detect anything as long as you lose, but if you win, ACCOUNT CLOSED. It seems state regulators should know this is happening. My guess is they do, but our pocketbook doesn't donate to their coffers. If it can happen to me, it can happen to you. Spread the word

So I picked my 6 team parlay but afterwards I saw a change in what I established my bet on...meaning, I placed a bet on an NBA player to make lower than 5.5 points, then later noticed that it had changed to 6.5. Also, noticed that while you're trying to select, it seems as though there are folks on the other side that will quickly cancel a player or change the bet altogether when you attempt to place the bet...too much behind the scenes trickery goes on...I'm completely done with this crooked site!

This company is a scam. I am a novice better. I signed up for the site recently. I deposited $100.00 in my account. I made two bets my first day. I went back to the site a day or two later to make another bet. When I went back to the site I got a message my account was "deactivated" for violating their terms and conditions. All I did was login to try to make another bet. When I reached out to the company and asked what I did they told me we can't tell you because it is under "invistigation". Now two plus weeks later zero response from the company despite many attempts. I was on the site less than a week so not sure why this "investigation" would take so long.Furthermore THEY KEPT MY MONEY AND WONT RETURN IT. Total bullshit.
