AVOID buying from myRobotCenter - they are scammers. The robot broke down within 1.5 years. I have been emailing them since December and still haven’t heard back.

Zusatzgarantie, Verlängerung auf 5 Jahre --bei Pleite bringt das genau NULL.
Also gut überlegen ob man diese Kosten riskiert.

Kommt einfach zurück ohne Komentar oder etwas schriftliches und zustand von Gerät mehr kaput als vorhin!!!! Achtung grosser Betrug

Purchased the Roborock S5 Max from here less than 2 years ago, I am now having issues with the Robovac and can't get any warranty support from both myrobotcenter and Roborock despite paying for 5 year guarantee! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Trotz Ticketbestätigung und mehrmaliger Erinnerung keine Antwort des Shops.
Das gelieferte Gerät ist ständig defekt und der Shop nicht erreichbar. NIE WIEDER!

Ich habe den Saugroboter am 10.08.2021 bei myRobotcenter gekauft mit einer insgesamt fünfjährigen Garantie. Jetzt ist das Gerät defekt und ich habe das per Email der Firma mitgeteilt und um Reparatur gebeten. Die Emailadresse existiert nicht mehr, genau wenig wie die Telefonnummer. Jetzt versuche ich mich wegen einer Reparatur direkt an Tesvor zu wenden.

Habe Garantieverlängerung. Ticket im Service wurde noch erstellt, dann für Wochen keine Reaktion mehr.
Das scheint kein Einzelfall zu sein.

Auch ich bin seit monaten dran eine Firma zu finden die meinen saugroboter rep. Habe auch noch Garantie drauf doch diese Firma reagiert nicht. Schade war sehr zufrieden damit. Wenigstens eine info hätten sie machen können oder wohin wir und wenden müssen bei Reparaturen.

Die Firma reagiert nicht auf meine Anfrage einer Garantie Reparatur.Man liest etwas von Insolvenz im Netz.Ich werde mich jetzt wohl an Bosch wenden müssen.

Bought a Gardena robot mower in August 2020 with a 5 year guarantee. 3 years later it needs repairing but there’s no way of getting hold of the company to claim on the guarantee. They just promise this to make it sound attractive. Will have to pay for repairs elsewhere. Avoid this company

Keine Reaktion selbst auf mehrfache Erinnerungen bezüglich Anschlussgarantie. Wir werden wohl einen Anwalt beauftragen.

The company does not reply to emails, and the telephone no they give is unobtainable. I have a mower purchased from them in Dec 2021 which has suddenly stopped working. It has a five-year guarantee, but to little avail!

Keine Rückmeldung auf Gewährleistungsfall! 5 Jahre Garantie kann man leicht machen, wenn man einfach auf die Fälle nicht reagiert.
