I ordered Pokémon cards for my daughter and me. We had a great time pulling out awesome cards from the boxes.
The shipping was excellent, and I highly recommend it. The prices were reasonable, but I’ll cherish the memories we’ll make together, pulling cards together..
Bought a vinyl pre-order from their website with it advertising a certain variant and was sent a different one and also appears that they do not approve negative reviews on their website as theres yet to be a single review under the product im referencing despite me submitting a review a week ago. Absolutely would not trust this website again
Ordered a $900 etb shining legends Elite Trainer Box, he came with a large rip in the corner. Tried to call multiple times and emails. No one got back to me. It de- values the etb significantly.
They take preorders for pokemon cards and you pay for the preorder in full. If the market price of your preorder rises when the time comes they cancel your preorder in full to relist at a higher price. Used me as an interest free loan. Poor experience ordering from them.
They literally took my money and since November 2024 I have been asking for my money back as I did not get my Earth I ordered for my son.
This company is a absolute joke the biggest scammers going . I've been trying to get my money back since September last year cause they never sent my item .
This is a total scam waiting for delivery all tracking updates then delivered no sight of anything contact seller no address to be found absolutely gutted why are people allowed to advertise just ripping people off
Hi tricia I've had the same problem with them and it's the same item I've lost count how many times I've emailed someone called deena and I emailed her this morning and now they can't be delivered so I think I can write that purchase off again as these companies are getting more common so wouldn't recommend
This business weighs and tampers with single Pokemon booster packs. Opened 5 Evolving Skies packs to receive 3 identical non-holo rares, and 2 more identical non-holo rares. In one of the packs, the fourth card (one of the cards in the centre of the pack) had noticeable whitening on the edges and visible damage.
Save yourself the worry (and inevitable loss of money) and buy from a different, more reputable company. This company is fraudulent.
I too ordered a frozen drink machine over 2 months ago and did not received it. Firstly the tracking showed it was delivered to NSW and I live in SA, they then "resent" it but unable to provide a tracking number. I have disputed the payment with Paypal and was then offered a 50% refund of what I paid. Currently still in dispute. Very annoyed as this was a X-mas present.
Ordered two out-of-production Youtooz plushies from these guys, all went well. Purchased over the weekend and they had them shipped within a couple hours of opening on Monday, they arrived today solidly packed and in good condition.

Great communication, when I reach out to them for questions on the product & overall great customer service. I received my Xenoblade Controller in great condition at 6/29/22 and postpone my review to test out the authenticity and functionality! Came out real & really fantastic. ^w^
