A éviter. Problèmes techniques récurrents à la fin d'un sondage, quand vous y avez passé plus de 30 mn s'est rageant, bien sûr points non crédités, également vous ne correspondez pas au profil après 15 mn, le sondage est pratiquement terminé. Leurs réponses sont toujours les mêmes : on ne peut pas savoir si vous avez rempli le sondage jusqu'à la fin, en fait chaque fois ils mettent notre parole en doute. J'en suis à environ 3 heures (encore au début je ne notais pas) de perdues.
Par contre j'ai toujours reçu les virements Paypal 2 x10 euros ans problème.

I have been a member of Mysurvey for over three years and then suddenly inexplicably they have registered my account 'inactive'. To add insult to injury they have consistently ignored all my attempts at communication except for one in which they referred me to a response i could only access once i had logged into my account!!!!! - am i the only one to see the obvious flaw in this!!!!!!!???????? To say i am disgusted would be an understatement especially as they owe me money...My advice? Do NOT join this site unless you wish to be sorely disappointed and ripped off and insulted.

Impressum Nein, Support Nein. Ich war dort seit XX Jahren, damals als es noch Lightspeed hieß und man für eine 10-minütige Umfrage 2,00 € bekam, damals als der Support noch Support war und die Supportanfragen auch mit bestem Gewissen beantwortet wurden. Sei gut 3 oder 4 Jahren ist es vorbei. Kein Support und wenn werden die Anfragen von einem PC beantwortet. Ich hatte mal nach einem Kuchenrezept gefragt , " ...es tut uns leid...Sie nehmen bald an einer Umfrage teil "!!!
Ich hatte darauf keine Lust mehr, auch darauf nicht das die Umfragen nach 20 -30 Minuten nicht vergütet wurden.
Ich hatte mich direkt an Lightspeed gewandt, aber nichts. Auch über Facebook kam nichts.
Auf Facebook habe ich eine Seite erstellt um MySurvey darauf aufmerksam zu machen. Aber....nichts
So hatte ich gekündigt. Wahrscheinlich legt man großen Wert darauf Mitglieder loszuwerden.
Wie gesagt, kein Impressum , kein Support, keine, kaum oder ungenügende Vergütung !!!
Im übrigen hatte ich nicht eine Smartphone- oder Webcamumfrage!!

Finger weg von diesem kriminellen "Unternehmen"! Hier wird KOSTENLOSE DATENABZOCKE in Perfektion praktiziert!
Der Witz des Jahrhunderts dabei ist das neu geschaffene sogenannte "Help-Center". Seit Monaten kein Kontakt oder helfende Antworten auf Beschwerden, z.B. wegen fehlenden Verhütungen für abgeschlossene Umfragen! Punktuell, wenn man "Glück" hat, standardisierte Antworttexte ohne jeglichen Bezug auf die eigentliche Beschwerde, und einfach ein "Gelöst"-Vermerk hinter der Anfrage, ohne jedoch auch nur annähernd etwas gelöst zu haben! Ein Verhöhnen der "Mitglieder", wie es nur noch mit dem Schwesterportal GlobalTestMarket vergleichbar ist!
Kriminell und betrügerisch, gehört verboten! Werde ebenfalls Anzeige wegen Betruges stellen!
Macht bloß einen riesigen Bogen um diese Verbrecher!

i have been a panel member for a few years , but recently i have experienced several problems, I am finding it increasingly difficult to contact them and get a sensible response from them,but most recently i did a survey that required me to purchase something, with a promise from them of re-imbersment and also a voucher for completing the survey, when i contacted them they had the cheek to say that my response wasn't recorded, (i hadn't according to them finished the survey)so therefore would not be re-imbersed or get a voucher. they actually called me a liar!!!
I am not at all happy with there attitude,i am begining to wonder if thay are a legitimate company or scam artists???
Entire thing is a scam
Half the surveys you take part in will just end abruptly without giving you any points. Of the remaining half, most of those will either encounter (probably fake) errors, and most of the few surveys you do manage to complete successfuly will fail to count for any points anyway.
They have recently removed their support section and replaced it with an irrelevent troubleshooting FAQ, so you can no longer talk to anyone or report any problems.
I've completed 12 surveys and only recieved points for 2 of them.

ich bin dort seit ca 4 jahren angemeldet und bis vor kurzem lief alles gut, ich erhielt viele umfragen und entsprechend mehrere auszahlungen.
bei der letzten in höhe von umgerechnet 70,- eur wurde ich ausm programm geworfen und warte seitdem auf mein geld.
trotz mehrfacher anfragen kommt keine reaktion, weder per mail noch übers kontaktformular.
ich erstatte morgen anzeige wegen betruges.
hände weg von dieser abzocke!!

Je reprends le message de MR LAVILLE patrick cas identique pour moi .Cela fait plusieurs fois que je les contacte par mail pour avoir des renseignements sur un paiement de 10 euros (Bon decathlon qui est en attente depuis le 04/09/2017). Normalement, doit être payé entre 5 et 10 jours ouvrés !!! Aucune réponse à ce jour . Tous mes mails restent sans réponse de leur part. A quoi ils jouent ?
Constant technical difficulties
Although it seems to be a legitimate set up, my problem is that the website never works, at least not on my Android tablet. I get email invitations but I can never login and it is impossible to contact the company unlike other survey providers.

Durante un par de años, fenomenal, me llegaban encuestas y cuando tenía puntos para cobrar 10 euros, lo canjeaba, pero el año pasado me lo pasé haciendo encuestas sin canjear porque quería llegar a los 40 euros y cuando me faltaban apenas 100 puntos, ya no podía entrar en mi cuenta, me daba error, me puse en contacto con ellos por e-mail y me dicen que no figura ni mi dirección de correo, ni ningún dato mío, como si nunca hubiera existido para ellos. Les mandé una copia de una encuesta que había recibido hacía unos meses como prueba, pero ni así.
Me han robado.
Technical error comes up quite alot
Technical error comes up quite alot ! But usually are good at sorting out any missed points but does take a little time .averaging 2 payouts a week which is quite good compared to other sites . Quite a few diary surveys which have additional incentives which is great ! Payouts quite quick averaging 5 days turn over overall i would recommend
Avoid National Buying Survey
Like many other posters I have just been caught out by the National Buying Survey false promise.
Spent over 3 hours fully completing parts 1 to 3 and then got an error message when trying to start part 4. Kept screenshots showing I had completed the earlier parts and also the "technical error" message that came up for part 4.
Contacted support who said wait 7/10 days, then they said wait 2-4 weeks, then they said wait 6 weeks. After 7 weeks they came back and said "We have just heard back from our Project Team regarding this study. Unfortunately, their records confirm that this study still hasn't been started. Therefore, we are unable to credit your account." That is a total lie and the evidence I sent them showed it was untrue.
3 hours totally wasted and they have all the data from that survey but refuse to credit the points.
Avoid MySurvey and especially the National Buying Survey as it will be a total waste of time and effort!
I waited several weeks to give them an opportunity to respond before posting this but it is now clear they have no intention of looking at the evidence or attempting to resolve the issue but just dismiss it out of hand.

A terrible company
A terrible company. Did a 3 part survey in May, for which I should have been awarded 1500 points. Now September. I have sent endless emails to Emma Morrison, left , I think, 3 posts on the Facebook page and commented via the HELP button on the web site. The last on 3 days ago, Not even the courtesy of a reply. Yet I am getting bombarded with survey requests. If it wasn't so many points I would unsubscribe from the company. Absolutely disgusting.

Honestly, I get regular surveys and rewards from MySurvey, but I have a lot of issues with getting them to address the errors that happen and I report. Either they mark it as "solved" with a message along the lines of if I'm patient, eventually I might get my points, or they don't touch it. This particularly happens with the routine diaries, where I get an error EVERY SINGLE TIME upon submission.
Switch to OneOpinion. I get about $25 a week, and the three times I've had issues, they responded that day with real people writing the messages. They were very polite, and when I sent them a personal thank you, they responded with surprise and happiness. Real people.
Hacked account.
I recently tried to sign in to my survey to find my account had been hacked and all of my points have been stolen. I have spent months and many hours completing these surveys all for nothing.
I have tried emailing there customer service team but have heard nothing, and there help centre is totally helpless.

As with many other reviewers I have been with My Survey for several years. I have had many problems in the last year where you complete a survey and click submit only to get a technical error message and no points. If you send a message via email invitation all you get is an automated response telling you how to unsubscribe!!!!!! If you contact via website you always get same response ( eventually) saying that these technical errors occur sometimes! My Survey must have serious technical problems, I have told the several times now that I complete surveys via several sites and theirs has more 'technical' issues than all the rest put together!!!!!!!
It appears now that I have been cut off from their surveys since June as I was so fed up with their lack of sensible, constructive replies to my problems with their surveys that I threatened to report them to the ESOMAR body and they have not responded at all!!!!!!!!!
Avoid at all costs, if something goes wrong they are impossible to contact, there is no telephone number and no way of contacting except via help desk which is useless. If you want to complete surveys use someone else!
