Das allerletzte. Nicht nur das in letzter Zeit immer mehr Umfragen nicht vergütet wurden ( am Ende hiess es dann immer Error) nun wird die Seite seit Tagen "gewartet".
Falls es nochmal einen Zugang geben sollte lasse ich mir die Punkte auszahle und bin weg.

ça c'est le coté positif, le bemol, c'est que beaucoup d'enquetes plantent au moment de vaalider le questionnaire, et quand on essaie de joindre le service d'aide "desolé mais on ne peux rien faire pour vous"... super
la cerise sur le gateau (sur le mien en tout cas) j'ai repondu a une enquete, en plusieurs fois, ça m'a pris quasi 7 h, et rien, pas de "points " (qu'on echange contre des bons d'achats ensuite) j'ai beau envoyer 4 messages par jour au service d'aide, silence radio.
en bref, je deconseille absolument ce site, sauf si vous voulez perdre votre temps.

It is totally unacceptable that the site has been down 'for maintenance' for so long. I have written to Lightspeed to complain and to ask what is going on.
I agree with others who have posted about the constant 'error' messages being received when you have completed surveys. It happens all too frequently. However, I have found that before entering any of their surveys you should ensure that you clear all history and the cache and have no other tabs open - this seems to work (most of the time).
What I find odd is that the same does not occur with the 'sister' survey company - Global Test Market. Why is this I wonder.
I will wait and see if the site comes up, as I have points due - but after that ...!
Servers continually down for 10 days - a Waste of Time !!!
I have been an active member for well over a year but these past 2 weeks have demonstrated that they can neither get their servers up and running nor can they be bothered to respond to emails sent to their parent. They are holding circa £10 to £15 of my funds in points but I am denied access.
I had increasingly found that any survey that lasts longer than 30 minutes is not recognised by them - right at the end, when my answers are submitted, their servers time out. They have failed to respond to my Request for information under the Data Protection Act.
If their servers finally come up again, I will seek to cash in my points (which are subject to UK taxes thereby diminishing their value by at least 20%) and close my account with them.
My experience seems to be shared by countless other reviewers.

ich habe an einer umfrage teilgenommen, die über eine ganze woche geht.
jeden tag habe ich genau alles eingetragen, was gefordert war. seit dem letzten tag ist die WEB seite von mysurvey von mir nicht mehr zugreifbar, angeblich schon 5 tage wartungsarbeiten. so kann man natürlich auch zu
geld kommen und meine angesammelten punkte sind damit auch weg.
gibt es denn überhaupt noch seriöse plattformen im internet ?
SERVERS CONTINUALLY DOWN
OVER THE PAST 5 DAYS I HAVE RECEIVED A NOTICE SAYING THAT THE SERVERS ARE DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE AND I CANNOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT (OR POINTS).
AS OTHERS HAVE MENTIONED THEIR SERVICE AND SERVERS ARE AT BEST WOEFULLY INADEQUATE.
website failures mean you often do not get paid
Their website has a tendency to have an error as you complete the survey so you do not get the points you earned. An irritation when the survey was short and only worth 15-30 points down right annoying when it is a long survey taking over an hour and worth $5. I have been back and forth with their "help" desk and just keep getting told that they have sent it to the support team then in a couple of days I get a message saying that "IF" I completed the survey my points will be rewarded in 4-6 weeks it has now been 4 months of back and I still am getting the same message. As I told them I am not doing surveys because I have too much time on my hands I am doing them as a way to earn a small extra income. I have been with My Survey for about 10 years these problems have only been going on for the past couple of years but they appear to be making no effort to solve the problem

Le site présente régulièrement des problèmes techniques soit impossible de se connecter soit impossible d’accéder aux enquêtes. Les enquêtes se terminent régulièrement par une erreur en fin de sondage. Le service client répond 1 fois sur 15 (peu importe le sujet de la réclamation) et la réponse "automatique" est la suivante lorsque les points ne sont pas crédités : "Notre système a montré que ... " différentes raisons énoncées : "vous n'avez pas participé au sondage", "le quota a été atteint", "vous n'étiez pas éligible". Cette dernière "excuse" après plus de 30 minutes de sondages est assez rageante. Note positive pour ma part j'ai toujours reçu les paiements et cela dans des délais très courts

Avoid this survey site, don't even bother to sign up. Works more like a scam site than a reputable survey site, several times I have been screened out at the 100% completion point, and many many more times near the half way point when they have collected enough data for their needs.their rewards are far smaller than other sites for the time and effort required and you lose 10% when and if you ever get to a point where you can redeem a reward.

Seit Monaten nur noch Ärger ... Viele Umfragen starten gar nicht erst und wenn doch, spätestens nach Abschluss der Umfrage, wenn man auf Submit klickt, fliegt man raus. Punktegutschrift Fehlanzeige! Neuerdings gibt es keine Ticketnummern mehr. Die meisten Fehlermeldungen werden erst nach 4 oder 5 Monaten bearbeitet. Punkte werden im Nachhinein nur selten gutgeschrieben und auch nie in der Höhe, die man sich durch Beantwortung der Umfragen erarbeitet hat. Stattdessen wird angegeben das man die Umfragen nicht vollständig oder gar nicht bearbeitet hat. Bisher war wenigstens die MyTelco Umfrage eine "sichere Bank", aber auch da funktioniert die Punktegutschrift nicht mehr. Falls ich noch mal auf einen Punktestand komme, der eine Auszahlung rechtfertigt, werde ich das veranlassen und danach bin ich weg ... hab keine Lust meine Zeit für lau zu investieren!

Nach tagelangen Wartungsarbeiten ist die Seite wieder online ... leider sind die von mir zuvor gesammelten Punkte arg zusammengeschrumpft und auch die vor dem Zusammenbruch per Helpdesk angemahnten und gutgeschriebenen Punkte sind wieder futsch! Mal sehen, was mit den bearbeiteten Umfragen wären der "Auszeit" passiert ... Absolut unseriös!
TERRIBLE! Avoid at all costs!
After only a few weeks of being signed up to MySurvey, I found that one day I couldn't sign in because my account had been marked 'inactive'. Thinking it was just a technical glitch, I emailed their support only to be told that I had been banned for 'committing fraud'!
I am a member of several other survey sites and have never had an issue with any of them, so I must conclude this is just a scam site. I wish I had read these reviews before wasting my time on MySurvey. There are plenty of great survey sites out there, so avoid this one like the plague!

Seit einigen Monaten jedoch gibt es ständig Errors am Ende der Umfragen, melden dieses Problems ist über Ticket nicht möglich. Reklamationen per mail werden nur schleppend mit nichtssagenden Standardtexten beantwortet. Eine Nachvergütung erfolgt nicht. Ebenfalls wird der Fehler auf deren Seite nicht anerkannt und auch nicht beseitigt. Viele Stunden meiner Zeit sind somit unvergütet geblieben. Eine Frechheit.

I have completed 3 surveys that I have not been rewarded with points for......one of them took 70 minutes to complete. It was a daily diary with entries for 7 days.after completing I get a "session expired" message & no points awarded. Although I enjoy giving my opinion I do not intend to donate my time. If this is not corrected soon I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau!!
Those pesky error messages!
As with so many of the reviewers on this site, I too have been routinely finding that, when I come to submit an often lengthy survey, I get an error message. I am also still awaiting crediting of 300+ points for a video survey I did in November which they said, when pressed, could take up to 5 weeks. Those 5 weeks have long passed...
Funny how you can provide them with up to 30 minutes of data and then get an error message that is impossible to get resolved because of their useless (should that be non existent!) customer service department.
The rewards, when they DO send them, also take much longer to come than with other sites, often over a week. And I've never had a sniff of a prize draw win in all the years I've been a member.

Ich kann mich nur vollinhaltlich den Ausführungen von Herrn Hermenau anschließen. Mir sieht es danach aus, dass MySurvey! insolvent ist, denn seit Monaten bekomme ich keine einzige Einladung zu einer Umfrage mehr. Frau Baumann vom sog. Support scheint auch schon die Flucht ergriffen zu haben oder gestorben zu sein; es gibt - wenn überhaupt - nur sinnentleerte Antworten nach 3 Monaten oder aber gar keine. Ich habe mich gerade abgemeldet. Dieses Pannel ist absolut "tot".

Comme les commentaires précédents : chèque cadeau électronique Amazon commandé début janvier, toujours rien reçu 3 semaines après et le formulaire pour contacter le service client ne fonctionnait pas. Cependant, j'ai essayé de les contacter en répondant à l'email de confirmation de commande du chèque et ça a fonctionné : j'ai reçu une réponse dans la journée et ils m'ont envoyé mon chèque quelques heures plus tard.

Signed up a few weeks ago and after completing a good number of surveys, a few days ago I suddenly found I was unable to access my account as it was flagged as 'inactive'. Tried e-mailing support but, no reply.
I also found that a good percentage of the surveys require you to spend 5-10 minutes answering questions before they 'decide' you don't match the criteria they are looking for. Also worth noting is the fact that unlike other reputable companies which award partial credit for surveys where you 'don't meet the criteria' MySurvey awards nothing for your time.
