They promised 100 points (worth about £1) each week I keep an app installed on my phone plus a small bonus at the start. I got the bonus but have never received the weekly payments. Their support is terrible. Whenever I get back in touch they just say they have passed the ticket to someone and I'll get my points within 10 working days. It's now been 27 weeks.

I complete the surverys and at the end apparantly i have ‘timed out’ the points dont get added and I cant redo anything. AVOID

Been using these for few years on & off at first no problems customer service was ok but now that's a thing of the past they send out regular surveys no problem and payments seem to be made most fridays but the majority of completed surveys experience an error upon completion file a ticket good luck they never respond im owed 1567 points and have no hope of ever getting them credited

In the last month I have tried to contact them about a couple of completed surveys I have not received any points, totalling over 2500 points, but they have been ignoring me, and now the Emma contact email address keeps sending back to my spam box, saying it is returned.

Ich habe bis vor etwa 2 Monaten eigentlich vordringlich gute Erfahrungen gemacht mit dem Panel, allerdings jetzt bin ich kurz vor der 5 Euro Auszahlungsgrenze beim amazon-Gutschein und nun bekomme ich ständig die Mitteilung, wenn ich einen Einladungslink aus der Einladungsmail öffnen will, dass die Umfrage schon geschlossen sei. Das ist bei jeder Umfrageeinladung der Fall, man antwortet mir jedes mal, wenn ich mich an den Suport wende, mit einer vorgefertigten Mail, dass hin und wieder Umfragen auf Grund großer Nachfrage geschlossen seien. Das kann wohl mal passieren, aber nicht jedes Mal. Ich gehe davon aus, dass man sich hier abmelden kann, was ich hier so lese , wird sich das Panel bald verabschieden. Aber wie hier mit den Teilnehmern umgesprungen wird, ist ein Witz, ständig erhalte ich Umfrageinladungen, mehrere por Tag, die ich versuche zu öffnen, das kostet alles Zeit und bringt mir garnichts, weil stets die Mitteilung, kommt, die Umfrage sei geschlossen.

Ce site a bien fonctionné pendant plusieurs mois, enquêtes régulières, récompenses, tout allait bien, mais depuis quelques semaines c'est le désert total. J'ai toujours accès à mon compte, mais impossible d'avoir accès à l'enquête sur 1 semaine "my personal routine" pour laquelle j'avais déjà rempli 3 jours, plus aucune nouvelle enquête, & surtout, aucune réponse au 2 mails que j'ai envoyé au service client. C'est lamentable, le minimum serait au moins de prévenir si il y a un problème avec le site. Pour moi My Survey est mort & j'ai fais une croix sur les 451pts qu'il me reste !

Arrivato a pochi punti dal ricevere un buono, non arrivavano piu' sondaggi, e se arrivavano, non ero idoneo. Gliel'ho fatto notare, e guardacaso mi e' arrivato subito un sonaggio per il quale ero idoneo. Raggiunta finalmente la quota per il buono minimo (650 punti), ci hanno impiegato 10 giorni per inviarmi 5 euro....e tutto questo non sarebbe niente...il problema e' che spesso e volentieri concludi i sondaggi, la pagina si bocca, e non ti assegnano i punti. Glielo scrivi, e ti rispondono che non eri idoneo al sondaggio...dopo che hai risposto a domande per 20 minuti. Mi sono cancellato, i siti seri sono altri.

Sono iscritta da circa 2 anni ed ho riscosso 6 buoni amazon da 10€. Sito affidabile nei pagamenti e di sondaggi ne arrivano circa 6-8 al mese. Non è un lavoro come invece pensano tanti altri, ma lo si fa nel tempo libero e a lungo andare ripaga!

Aggiornamento gennaio/19: Negli ultimi mesi è migliorato molto, meno problemi tecnici e quindi metto una stella in più. ho anche capito che non devo lasciare la scheda aperta del browser per continuare a rispondere dopo perché inevitabilmente mi darà sessione scaduta. Ho completato tantissimi sondaggi e ho deciso di non chiudere l'account. Anche la loro assistenza è migliorata. Vediamo come andrà quest'anno.
4/9/18: Ricevo circa 10 euro all'anno in buoni da loro, il problema è che la metà dei sondaggi dà errore all'ultima pagina e non ti attribuiscono i punti. Inutile mandare messaggi chiedendo i punti, anche con lo screenshot, non rispondono in maniera soddisfacente. Purtroppo devo dare due stelle a questo sito che potrebbe essere tra i migliori non fossero le troppe volte in cui "per coincidenza" dopo l'ultima domanda va tutto in tilt.

Ich war seit etwa einer Woche Mitglied, als mein Account inaktiv geschaltet wurde. Erklärung: Man habe "erdrückende Beweislast" gegen mich gefunden, dass ich gegen die Nutzungsvereinbarung verstoßen hätte. Ich hatte alles umfangreich angegeben, Anmeldeinformationen geheim gehalten, bei vielleicht zehn Umfragen mitgemacht - natürlich bei genügend Umfragen ausgesiebt worden - alles ehrlich beantwortet - keine Ahnung, wo MySurvey "erdrückende Beweise" gegen mich gefunden hat, habe mich allerdings geradezu wie ein Verbrecher gefühlt. Genauere Angaben wollte man allerdings nicht machen, da das Einsicht in deren Sicherheitsvorkehrungen sei - also keine Möglichkeit, dem nachzugehen, man muss deren Urteil hinnehmen.
Zeit und Aufwand nicht lohnenswert, wenn willkürlich der Account stillgelegt werden kann. Vertrauen muss auf beiden Seiten gegeben sein!

I completed 26 surveys earning points. I was thinking about redeeming them and suddenly my points have gone to zero. That is hours of work for nothing. MySurvey is a theiving scam. Their customer care don't reply back, so I'm contacting the CAB to enquire about taking legal action. Unless you want the same hassle, avoid. I wsh I has seen these reviews before signing up.

I have been unable to log onto this site for about 3 days now - keep getting an error message. It has been unreliable for a few months with the problems outlined by others below, but now it has become completely inaccessible. I am still getting survey invitations, but it's not much good them sending invitations out until the access to the website has been fixed.

Surveys that don't work; surveys that appear to have been translated into English using Google Translate; surveys that allow one to progress half-way through, spending twenty minutes before screening out on something straightforward; frequent login problems; and for the last three months, half the surveys are constantly in maintenance or just broken. For the last two weeks or so, no invitations at all, and no surveys available in the portal. I cannot find any explanation for the lack of PC surveys, thought they might have gone mobile only, but the mobile app is 'no longer available'. Have Lightspeed gone bankrupt?

Auf E-mails an den Support, bekommt man keine Antwort.
Werde Anzeige erstatten, unseriös was diese Firma macht.
Genauso unseriös, wird sie das auch mit unseren Daten tun.

They conducted a system upgrade about 2 months ago. Since then the site has been broken. Almost all surveys now show as 'sorry, this survey is now closed'. Old surveys keep reapppearing in the available survey list by the dozen, none of which work. When contacting customer service, and even if referrred to sites like this which clearly demonstrate a widespread problem, they deny anything is wrong with the site at all. It may be that accounts of old members have been damaged in the 'upgrade', and they are unable or unwilling to correct the problem.

Ich kann mich nur allen bereits vorhandenen Bewertungen anschliessen. Das ist wirklich die reinste Abzocke! Man sitzt stundenlang über den Umfragen, schreibt ständig irgendwelche Beschwerden an den "Support", weil Umfragen mittendrin abgebrochen, keine Punkte gutgeschrieben werden oder man erst gar keine Möglichkeit hat, eine Umfrage zu öffnen und am Ende wird aus fadenscheinigen Gründen gar das Account gesperrt und man hat keine Möglichkeit mehr, seine Punkte einzulösen, weil man ja gar keinen Zugriff auf sein Konto mehr hat. Natürlich erhält man keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr von dieser Firma. Sowas gehört verboten! Einfach nur Zeitverschwendung. Mir ist es ein Rätsel, warum ausgerechnet dieses Portal immer wieder empfohlen wird. Kann nur jedem raten: Finger weg! Da kann man mit seiner Zeit was sinnvolleres anfangen.

Ich bekomme seit heute eine Fehlermeldung zur Homepage "500 - Internal server error." Vermutlich ist der Laden dicht?
