This company is a total scam. They won’t compensate you for your time completing their surveys. Don’t bother signing up.

There ought to be a NO STAR for this survey site at the present time.
Takes ages to get into the survey page - then about one in 7 of the surveys will work - most of the others give you error messages - but stay on the page so you have to make notes of which work and which don't.

J'ai répondu à 4 sondages pour rien. Pas pour rien pour mysurvey qui fait du fric et supprime les profils.

Panel deludente che, a differenza di altri panel ha prodotto un'esperienza inaccettabile. Non ricevendo indagini per un lungo periodo, alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni, questa è stata la risposta : "Secondo il nostro database sembra che i dati del suo account non siano conformi alle condizioni generali di utilizzo del nostro pannello. È per questo che il suo account è stato disattivato. Siamo spiacenti di informarLa che è impossibile riattivarlo".
Nessuna spiegazione è stata data alla mia ulteriore richiesta di delucidazioni in merito. Sinceramente non comprendo e non accetto questa Q"fumosa" risposta e faccio comunque presente di essere sempre stata puntuale e precisa alle richieste di indagini, peraltro abbastanza noiose.
Non avendo ricevuto nessuna spiegazione ho ovviamente richiesto io stessa la disiscrizione!

I used to take surveys for this site, and recently I realized I hadn’t gotten any invitations from them in a while. When I tried to log in, they said my account had been deactivated. I emailed them for assistance and they sent back a canned reply about my account being associated with fraudulent activity. I asked for specific examples, but they said they don’t disclose the details of their internal investigations and claimed to have “overwhelming evidence” that I am guilty of fraud. This is unacceptable. I am not a criminal. This company should be ashamed.

It is such a waste of time. Cannot get into surveys. Perhaps 1 out of 15 is successful. Cannot get any advice when I contact them. Over a 1000 points to get a voucher for £5 to £10 and some of the surveys only earn 50 points.I just want to get of this site because it is not wort the effort..

For a commercial site this is the most incompetent in the world, in my experience. I do not think it is a deliberate rip off as some have said, just so badly programmed and designed and implemented that a sixth form college IT class could do a better job. Their server is so slow and thus probably so inadequate that it needs replacing with something more competent. The programmers also need replacing with competent staff.
Typical faults are error conditions with no return route link, completed surveys that hang around as surveys you have started for a long rime, and the often described failure of points being credited.
I have not had any problem redeeming points though. I always go for £5 Paypal as soon as possible because I feel the site may not be up and running much longer.
It is a very frequent happening that the survey takes pages if initial questions to then kick you out as not eligible. If they want dog owners only for a survey, make the first question "Do you own a dog". It is typical that you do 5 minutes or more of questions before being found unsuitable because you have not had the right disease. Some surveys are wierd. People with million pound businesses do not waste time on this site.

I am somewhat ashamed to say I do persist with it because it is like a really, really bad film that you cannot stop watching.
I am assuming the prize draw points are totally useless as I assume that if there actually is a prize draw, they do not notify winners and I really cannot be bothered to look through their list.

To Ms "5 STAR" - if it works for You, You must work for them. Amazing customer service? What? Unless you remember or write down every survey number and your question fits the criteria preprogrammed in their "RoboRep", your questions don't even get through to get answered. Survey time-outs, crashes, no points, not enough points and they don't tell you what the point value is for (Reward points or Sweeps entries) before you start. I'm sure we're all tired of seeing the points we do get pop up on the sweeps entries... again!
So have at it "5 Star" and recheck the definition of "Amazing".

It works for me i redeem easily 10 £ every 2 weeks. Surveys sometimes crush but they give you lots of them and customer service is amazing!!!

I've used this site for a few month and while it was never brilliant at least I did get paid albeit very slowly. However there's absolutely no point using it now and I'd just like to reiterate the points made by another reviewer, namely:
# Surveys regularly crash at the end and no points rewarded.
# I've been waiting for over four weeks for one of my rewards and keep getting the same automated response every time I flag it up but no nearer getting my money.
# Can't even redeem my remaining points (I've got about £15 worth) and it's looking like I've totally wasted my time.
What I really can't understand is why they still keep sending me survey invites - as if I'm going to be so stupid as to keep doing them when there's obviously no rewards forthcoming. Just don't bother.

Sono inscritta a my Survey dal 2011 e lo considero uno dei siti più affidabili che uso per sondaggi retribuiti.
Sondaggi non sono spessi , mi arriva circa uno a settimana
Per quanto riguarda pagamenti ho richiesto in arco dei anni diversi fra ricarica paypal e buoni amazon, sempre ricevuti in arco di 2/3 settimane al massimo.

Please, don't trust these con artists, they will screw you. I have been joined for quite a few years, but now they are ignoring me when I try to contact them (for the last 6 weeks) to ask for their help. I have well over enough points but they won't let me redeem them - it's been going on now for 6 weeks. Don't even bother with them, they are con artists and will truly screw you - you'll see eventually.

In letzter Zeit zahlt mysyrvey nicht mehr. Meine Paypal Bestellung über 15 Euro ist 25 Tage her, sollte nach 10 Tagen spätestens da sein. Jetzt kann man sogar seine Punkte gar nicht mehr einlösen. Habe mehrfach an den Kundendienst und den Help centre geschrieben. Man bekommt gar keine Antwort, nur ständige Einladungen zu Umfragen.

je suis inscrite sur mysurveys depuis plusieurs mois. il est très difficile d'obtenir suffisamment de points pour avoir une récompense : bugs du site et de l'appli, messages "l?enquête a été fermée" ou "vous ne correspondez pas aux critères" et j'en passe. et quand vous parvenez enfin à disposer de suffisamment de points pour demander un échange contre une récompense,vous obtenez le message [Sorry, your cart total exceeds your point balance.]le bouton valider est grisé et ne fonctionne pas. aucune réponse à vos messages, à part un accusé de réception automatique. fuyez ce site, c'est une arnaque!!!

Totale Trickserei!!! Umfragen werden oft abgebrochen, Punkte nicht gutgeschrieben bzw statt der versprochenen Punkte werden teilweise Lose oder gar nichts vergeben. Dafür, dass man seine Daten verschenken muss, bekommt man überhaupt nichts. Habe jetzt Widerruf,Datenlöschung und Kündigung beantragt. Mal schauen, ob die sich wenigstens an den Datenschutz halten.

Un nouvel avis, pour prévenir que depuis la maintenance, le site a repris son activité, envoie des sondages, cumule les points, sauf que.... impossible de commander la moindre récompense! Je les ai contacté par mail, j'ai reçu en retour un mail me disant que j'aurais une réponse entre 24 et 48h, cela fait maintenant plus de 10 jours....
Ce site n'est plus que l'ombre de lui même, ne perdez pas de temps à répondre aux enquêtes, certes vous aurez des points, mais pas les récompenses, certainement pour eux une façon de grapiller sur notre dos quelques euros avant la fin....
Je vais les harceler tant que le site existe, mais les mails de sondage. pour ma part, direct à la corbeille!

I have used My Survey for a number of years now - I could earn about £15 a week in some cases and then I started to get less and less surveys so I stopped. I started using it again about 4 months ago. Everything was fine and I was able to get around £10 a week from surveys until the site went down a couple of weeks ago and remained offline for around 10 days. When back up and running I received an email offering 100 points for the trouble (which have not gone onto my account) however, that's not the worst of it. The points I do have I am unable to cash out now. Whenever I try to redeem I get an error message and to contact customer services. I had the response below:

Dear Panel Member,

You probably have noticed that we had some problems in our panel last week and you were not able to answer any surveys or redeem your points.

To be really sure especially your points balance and surveys you participated in, is accurate, we are verifying these details in your account.

You are more than likely eager to start redeeming your points again, and we totally understand this, that is why temporarily you are not able to redeem your points, so we can have your account checked as fast as we possibly can.

This will probably take a few days and you will be notified when you will be able to redeem your points again.

We would like to thank you for your patience and ongoing support for our panel.

Soooo. Basically, everyone wants to cash in their points in case the site goes down again but they can't afford to pay out. So now all of the hours I spent earning the points I doubt I will ever see!!

Don't even bother and get yourself onto Qmee.com - they have a 1p payout threshold and you usually get around 45p for a 10 minute survey, you can cash out instantly to payal. The money is in my account with 2 minutes of requesting it from the survey site. There's always a minimum of 5 surveys every time I log on. I've earned £5 a day in the past.
