It was my pleasure to work with My Wardrobe recently creating a display space within Harrod's London. I found them to organized and very customer focused. They are certainly very skilled at what they do, and I look forward to working with them again on the next project.

Edit (10/7/23) - I didn't say I didn't need the dress, I just replied to your email (saying there would be a delay) stating the wedding I needed it for wasn't until Sept, so there was no rush. But after the condition of the first dress I don't have much faith the 2nd would ever arrive, or in what condition.
Someone did email me this morning offering a refund and credit, but the refund isn't for the amount I paid to you.

I bought two dresses, knowing one would be returned as I didn’t know the sizing. Total cost over £500.
One arrived on Wednesday and stunk of an Indian takeaway!
The other still hasn’t arrived.
I emailed them within 10 mins of delivery of the first dress (apparently you have to email within 24 hours to get a refund!?), and again yesterday, and again today, and I have had no response.
Absolutely awful customer service!
I will give them until Tuesday to respond otherwise I will go through my credit card company to get my money back!
Be cautious if using this company!

I placed an order a month ago and I have not received it yet. Every time you send a email you get the run around.

Really good customer service and an easy process

I attended the Perfect Moment Sample Sale at Love Brand & Co. through My Wardrobe HQ on Friday, and the team were wonderful!

I understand it can be stressful in retail and organising sample sales, and each individual at the sale was really considerate and kind.

They were patient with me, gave me great advice and recommendations at My Wardrobe HQ. They kept me informed of future events too!

I’m new to living in London and it really made my experience, meeting friendly attentive people.

If you could let the team know or credit them in some way for their hard work and kindness, that would be great!

I first used MyWardrobehq when I wanted a knockout outfit for a big birthday that I knew I would never wear again. It made sense to rent but I was initially sceptical as I hate the hassle of returning clothes online but the process was so easy - when I had finished I just put everything back in the box and dropped it at my local shop - no emailing, printing or filling in forms. The site is informative and the tech intuitive, it is really easy. An extra bonus that I was not expecting is that I was not charged for the other items I borrowed as I returned without wearing - I love that I had a back up that didn’t cost a thing. So overall a brilliant experience and it really made my birthday special. I love it - it’s genious!

MWHQ have a brilliant mix of options, I can find something to hire for an important meeting or for a glam event! The customer service is great and I really like their Instagram, it feels like you are part of a club and its great that you can rent accessories as well as clothes👍🏽

I LOVE My Wardrobe HQ. I love my designer gear and I've bought several bargains from them! I LOVE heading into HARRODS to take a good look. My FAV purchase from them was a jumbo black CHANEL handbag which I just LOVE - it's a classic I will always treasure...

Ordered 4 items from MYHQ, only 2 arrived. No way to contact the company (no answer on the phone, no response to email). The shoes that did arrive had not been cleaned.

I'm disappointed with the dresses. One smells funky. The other is shorter than pictured.

I brought my branded clothing to My Wardrobe HQ in perfect condition. Never received any money, neither for rental nor sale. Never seen any of the items in Harrods as they promised me. After several moth found it on their website pictures in terrible state, all creased and looking terrible! I requested items back in original condition, after weeks haven’t received it. My Wardrobe HQ simply stopped replying. Don’t trust them with your items.

I have just contacted customer service today to become a possible renter. They have a subscription model for people renting out their shoes which is weird, and renters will only receive 10 pounds per rental. I don’t know if I want to rent out any valuable shoes to this company. They mainly deal with clothes or bags. But I see the reviews. It has made me a little weary.

I gave this company a number of items. All was smooth in the process. Fast forward a year or two and I get a sale after someone rented the same item. Great. Payment to me failed because I go by my middle name which they used instead of my official name. Fine, they sorted it in reasonable time after explaining this and I asked they make a note on their system so it doesn’t happen again. Fast forward to November 2022 and the same thing happens again. However, this time despite the initial assurances, they still haven’t paid me after 1.5 months and have stopped replying because they have no excuse now. They clearly want to hold onto my money. I think they call that theft, but they would call it a “mixup” or some rubbish. We’re talking about £30 which is not a king’s ransom, but the principle is still the same. Might ask Daily Mail Money to investigate.

My wardrobe hq have been fantastic. Eden was extremely helpful. Found the most beautiful dress for my black tie evening. It was delivered when they said it would be with a lovely hand written note. I would recommend them to everyone and will definitely use them again.

I have tried numerous times to contact you my phone and email and you are NOT responding to me.

You took payment off card and failed to deliver my dress l am very dissatisfied.

The worst. I wish I read the reviews before ordering. Items never arrived, NO way to contact - no one answers chat or email, phone goes straight to voicemail. A great idea but the worst service ever.

Have had a really bad experience as a 'would be' renter of my items. I have numerous items of high value clothing to rent. Was really excited about getting a small income from my stock. The communication from everyone at this company was beyond poor. I sent countless emails to little or no response. Waited 3 months with all my items in their possession to be told that basically nothing yet had happened. My items were not photographed, not uploaded to site, no contract made, no account open for me. I had to chase them for weeks to eventually send my items back to me. I have wasted now well over 3 months for them to do absolutely nothing. Bad on every level

Poor service - One of the three dresses arrived late, two of the three were not used but the returns process was chaotic and took a lot of chasing by phone and email to get the refund through. It is a great concept but I absolutely would not use the service again.

So many bad reviews,

First is, days after placing an order, sometimes you have to ring to complain that they haven’t despatched your item before they remember you placed an order lol

Second, bought a dress, as I tried it on the zipper ruined the dress, I took it back to see if there was something they could do, the girl who was working at the harrods office practically told me to F off said “if I had rented the dress they would take it back and not charge me, they’ve got an in-house tailor” but because I paid full price it’s now my responsibility not theirs.

I said well that defeats the whole purpose of sustainability, also, why would you tease me with having and in-house tailor then refuse to help?

Further to my previous review, I returned the Westwood blazer (have receipt of postage) over two weeks ago. I have yet to receive acknowledgment of returned item and, as yet, no refund forthcoming. I have tried contacting My Wardrobe via 'live chat' - nothing happens and have telephoned within the working hours detailed on the website. Recorded message says nobody is available and to try again. No facility to leave a message. Appalling customer service. Will not use again.
