Knowledgeable and Efficient
The person, Cade, who assisted me was knowledgeable and explained the process and answered questions promptly and with the customer in mind. Through the process so far it has been a great experience without automation that tends to remove the customer service aspect as you're left to self guide through prompts. I plan to continue working with Nada and expectations of great customer service as demonstrated by Cade are expected.
