My title is do not buy solar panels
I'm not sure how to explain this but nothing on the paperwork was explained correctly I was not supposed to be paying a light bill at all and I am paying the light bill paying more than I would be and I'm paying monthly fee on the dadgum solar panels that I was not supposed to be paying at all Nick matos is the guy dealt with and he completely lied to me on everything I do not like this company I do not even want your solar panels on my home I do not want them the service was it sucks and y'all's professionalism is not any good at all y'all took all the money I had and now I am broke because he's stupid solar panels so thank you to Nick mantos for being a liar and improfessional y'all have a good day

Hello Austin, I'm so sorry to hear about your solar experience. To clear up confusion, that appears to have been a company called Solar Scouts that has zero affiliation with Nada in any way. We work directly with homeowners who need cash, regardless of the reason. We have never make referrals for solar companies and don't have any solar professionals on staff. We are a home finance and mortgage company. I have reported your poor experience to our team and to the EOS Loan platform that you used to find our services.
Our transaction went through without any issues, I'm sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with a solar company, but that isn't our service. I hope that they aren't using our name.

This company is a scam, do not invest anything into this scam, you will not be able to get your money out, it is not an investment in the real estate they claim to own, they are inventing your money in their pockets and will not offer a return or cash out, buyer beware

Waiting for update and return of my investment from 2021
I've received no information on my initial investment in NADA through Republic for their startup back in 2021.
In addition the other reviews do not look like they're written by other NADA investors. No one has received a return on their investment, how could they be giving them these excellent and scripted reviews?
I put up very little and was going to invest more depending upon how things worked out with my initial investment and my overall experience.
They will gladly take your money to invest, just don't ask for it back.

We have been working with the Republic team for many years now and have recommended a feature to update the valuation on the portfolio view that you have with them. This feature would give you more insight into current valuation. Republic is aware that this is a high demand request from their audience. Nada's first valuation on Republic back in 2021 was at 12M and initial investors like you have allowed us to bring the Homeshare and Cityfunds projects to life, those are the positive reviews that you are seeing here. The current raise valuation is at 27.4M.
As a seed stage / crowdfunded SAFE note Republic does a fairly good job of describing the exit possibilities. SAFE notes are typically converted with trigger events such as going public or a merger. It's not unusual for those events to take years to materialize. In the meantime, we do post updates on the Republic sight for you, hold webinars for investors and send regular email updates.
