Order was delayed for more than a week…

Order was delayed for more than a week but still they will not cancel the order. First you need to wait for delivery if that happened then once returned to them, after a week of that refund will be issued, till now haven't received refund.
Do not order from them, you will regret it.

I ordered the Philips 13-in-1 trimmer from Naheed.pk, and when it arrived, the body shaver, which should have been included, was missing. Shockingly, Naheed.pk is selling that exact part separately on their website, even though it is supposed to come with the product.

This isn’t just my experience, after checking online, I found that many customers have faced the same issue. They sell the main product but deliberately leave out expensive or essential attachments, forcing customers to buy them separately. This practice feels like a scam, and customer support doesn’t respond when you raise the issue.

I would not recommend buying from Naheed.pk if you expect to get the full product as advertised.

TL;DR: Ordered Philips 13-in-1 trimmer from Naheed.pk, body shaver missing, they sell it separately, many others faced the same scam, no response from support.

They sell fake products and extremely poor customer service. They literally abuse you when you tell them product is wrong they will abuse you and cut your call. Extremely disappointed and they are non trustworthy at all. Simple thy are scammers

Worst Company

Worst Company, not recommended to buy from these scammers, they sent me wrong product and they arent even returning for the breakage, i opened the parcel on 4th day found breakage and then said we will not be processing returns on 4 th day

This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I was clearly told that my parcel would be delivered via Leopard Courier because MNP does not operate in my city. Despite this, the parcel is still stuck in Sindh, and I have not received it.
If your company cannot deliver to certain cities, do not list those cities and provinces as delivery options on your website. It is misleading, unfair, and a complete waste of your customers’ time and money. People are not working hard just to pay a company that holds their parcels for days and then suddenly tells them, after several follow-ups, that delivery isn’t even possible.

To make matters worse, your customer service experience is terrible calls are abruptly disconnected while customers are still speaking, and no proper explanation or solution is provided. This is not just bad service, it’s disrespectful.

Now I’m being told the parcel will be refunded but that’s not the solution. The time and trust already lost cannot be refunded. You need to take accountability. Fix your delivery options, train your staff, and most importantly, stop misleading customers.

Scammer

I was ordering from website and website was crashing because of that I ordered 2 time and now I receive 2 packages and 1 I want to return when I call to customer care they are not cooperating and saying that is not our mistake.
Don't oder from this website. they are scammer

Naheed.pk Review – Order No. 2002324478: 7-Day Return Policy Issue & Poor Customer Service

I have been a loyal customer of Naheed.pk for 3-4 years. However, since 2024, my experience has been consistently disappointing, and I feel it’s important to share my honest feedback.

Order Issue & Return Policy:
I placed an order (Order No. 2002324478) that had a size issue. At the time of ordering, the website clearly advertised a "7 days easy return" policy. Unfortunately, after receiving my order, customer service informed me that returns were not possible after the 4th day. This inconsistency between the advertised policy and the actual service is a major concern.

Poor Customer Service:
The customer support team did not adhere to the promised return policy, resulting in a significant loss of trust. Reliable customer service is crucial, and the failure to honor the policy has affected my overall perception of Naheed.pk.

Unprofessional Rider Behavior:
In my area, Naheed.pk riders have been contacting me to insist that they are waiting outside to collect my order. Such unprofessional behavior reflects poorly on the company and negatively impacts the customer experience.

Payment Issues:
Additionally, the online payment options using debit and credit cards have been disabled recently. This change not only causes inconvenience for loyal customers but also limits secure and efficient transaction options.
