This company is to be avoided at all costs. Having booked for a Thursday collection which was confirmed, the courier turned up on the Friday when no one was there to hand over the collection. They then took more money to arrange a second collection and, having paid more money, no collection was ever made. Despite numerous emails (there is no phone number you can ring) I have had no refund or acknowledgement. They have essentially stolen £119 from me and there is no way of contacting them.

Extremely unprofessional company.

They damage your goods before delivering. Then they hide behind a WebChat service and there t’ and c’s as they why they don’t pay out for any damages. Owner seems like a insurance sales man rather than a delivery company.

Pro: Pallet picked up and delivered on time. Live chat responded quit quickly every time.
Con: tracking was not updated at all, it was stuck at 'Collected' until 2 days after I contacted National Pallets through their Live Chat for a status update.

Pallet collected on time and delivered on time

I booked the parcel to be collected, and requested that the driver contacted the dispatcher 30min before pick up, the pick up was between 9 and 5:30, I checked the tracker a number of times during the day to check progress, each time it was say waiting to be picked up, at 4:45 I contacted via chat to get progress and was assured it would be picked up before 5:30, I explained that it could not be picked up the following day, I tried contacting chat again at 5:25 to find it closed at 5:00! The following morning when the chat reopened I contacted you again to be told sorry but it had been delayed and would be picked up today, I explained that was not acceptable and cancelled the order. I am the receiver and I arranged the order, the seller who had arranged help with the dispatch has spent a full day waiting for a pick up 3 very disappointed customers.

As per most of the recent reviews this company has poor customer service. Absolutely frustrating experience. I would avoid at all costs. Use something like ParcelMonkey (co uk) website instead.

Yes my pallet got there however……

- all day pickup on a Friday: no show. I had to take the day off.
- I called the chat/customer services line just before the 17:30 window latest pickup time and they said to not worry as it was an all day pickup and they would get to me. Lorry didn’t turn up.
- customer services said to call back if there are issues as they are 24x7. They are not !
- no direct contact with anyone who can really help as it is all email driven and adds delay. So the reply to my email as to when the pickup reschedule is was after the lorry shows up at my house, so I had no knowledge of the reschedule.
- the non communicated reschedule was Monday and the lorry just turns up. Just by chance and only by minutes does someone turn up at my house and calls me to see what is going on as the lorry wants to take a pallet.
- no empathy from the company. No refund. Just a £10 pre pay credit to my pallet account for my next booking.

They hide behind their ‘ Are the collection and delivery dates guaranteed?’ document in their online help centre :
“Unfortunately, in transport things can happen that are totally out of our control. Although 99% of collections and deliveries are completed on time, the odd 1% is late. We will try and inform you of any late collection/deliveries and the reasons why. With European deliveries we endeavour to quote accurate delivery dates, however, the European vehicles coming to and from the UK can get held up due to the distance they have to travel. We, unfortunately, cannot be held responsible for the late collections or delivery of pallets particularly within Europe.”

which basically means if things go wrong it is not their fault.

Poor customer service. Frustrating customer experience. Still have had no email explaining what happened. Avoid using them or if you do then use them at your own risk as you will get no empathy from them if things go wrong.

Would I use them again - 100% NO.

Fantastic help.

Terrible service, the one time I asked for them too collect 2 pallets (Which were labelled)
They mixed the labels up corrected one mistake but lost the other pallet for 10 days, I found it, got it picked up and redirected and the customer service haven't got a brain cell between them (£210 cost to fix)
They offered nothing for the issue and wasted more of my time as usual
Points you to terms and conditions stating they don't cover external costs... WELL FIX THE ISSUE THEN AND DONT LEAVE TO ME BEFORE MY CUSTOMER TAKES ME TO COURT !

Quick, helpful and a real person not a bot

AVOID. Should have delivered Monday. Now 4pm Friday. Nothing. They are simply a booking site that take a commission. Not a network. When something goes wrong they are unable to contact whoever is supposed to be delivering. No responses after 4 days.

The chat assistant was helpful and quick to respond, and answered all my questions.

Please please please do not use this company. Telephone lines do not work, live tracking does not work. You pay extra for "guaranteed" delivery dates which do not happen. You are not informed of any issues, all you get is someone on a live chat reeling off apologetic messages from their scripts. Not their fault but at all but come on, don't sell a service if you cannot honour it. An update would have been brilliant, things happen and life gets in the way but to ignore the fact that you cannot provide the service which has been paid for then this is very poor
