Pallet was not picked up on designated date
Had to use a Sameday service at an extra cost to myself

Do not use this company. Booked a pallet for a special next day delivery service but it was never collected. Promised to issue a refund but will see if this happens.

Pallets were not collected - driver claimed that they were not there for collection which was simply not true as they were on a customers drive.
No contact number to use to report this or discuss resolution. It took 5 days for someone to respond by email and another week for the pallets to be collected. They demanded another payment in order to attempt a further collection. Absolutely abysmal service

Came to pick up my pallet didn’t knock on the door or speak to anybody and just Left
With no explanation Didn’t leave ticket in the letterbox or anything to say they’d been

Then charged me £25 For an attempted collection acceptable pallet even though I paid for oversize from the service is quite disgusting

The system was easy to use. they collect and delivered
when they said they would. Overall great service thank you

The worst parcel company on the planet, operates under various names such as parcel2go etc. You cant speak to anyone as its all done on Live Chat, the people on Live Chat are not interested in sorting there issues out. We were charged £30 for a failed collection even though there driver didn't turn up! When the driver didn't turn up again, surprise surprise another £30 explained we had CCTV and we are a secure site, not bothered either pay the £30 or lose your original money.....Eventually admitted they had made a mess but we had to email "Concerns" to sort it out, "Concerns" never even bothered to Reply

As a regular client, I am very grateful for their affordable and efficient services. I have never had issues with any of my pallets as they were collected and delivered promptly. Thank you for the good work!

We went desperate to get 2 pallets urgently collected on a Friday and delivered on the Monday pre 10am.
No issue with the collection, however, the delivery was a farce. Goods did not arrive on the day, so I contacted National Pallets via their live web chat. The customer service was very apologetic but was unable to get in touch with our chosen courier. I contacted the courier directly and they informed me that they did not offer a pre 10am delivery slot for the area I was sending pallets to.
They informed me that National Pallets had booked a 2pm to 6pm slot. This was no good for me as the location where the 2 pallets were being delivered to closes at 4p, hence why I booked a pre 10am delivery slot.
I was unable to change the delivery slot time that Nation Pallets had booked, so I had to ask for someone to work overtime to ensure the delivery was accepted.
The pallets turned up 5pm on the Thursday.
This is the first and last time I will be using this 3rd rate company. Be aware as National Pallets offer services they are unable to fulfill.

Jolanda helped me with my enquiry. I was surprised that there is a live chat in the evening! Big plus for customers service that we can connect to “person” not only 🤖 robot.

Companmy never came to collect, then the next day they lied and said the driver came & called (as 24/7 building) which was a lie.

Asked to charge us an additional fee, hiding behidn a webchat.

Collected on Monday for delivery Tuesday now Thursday and no delivery today again. Company is a joke, don't use them find a reputable company and pay a couple of pounds more ..

Good service. I do not usually send pallets and they have collected three now on time and with no hassle. delivery has always been on time. Thank you.

This company is aimed at B2B warehouses, evidently. If you are happy waiting all day from 9 am-5 pm for the driver to turn up at any time, can have your items - in my case, 50 boxes of heavy tiles - all wrapped up and ready to go on a pallet, you would be their ideal customer. Anyone else - the rest of us - would have no use for this service given we don't just have shrink wrap and a pallet lying around. None of this would be an issue except that it's not made clear on their website in the slightest so a needless waste of our time.

This company is to be avoided at all costs. Having booked for a Thursday collection which was confirmed, the courier turned up on the Friday when no one was there to hand over the collection. They then took more money to arrange a second collection and, having paid more money, no collection was ever made. Despite numerous emails (there is no phone number you can ring) I have had no refund or acknowledgement. They have essentially stolen £119 from me and there is no way of contacting them.

Extremely unprofessional company.

They damage your goods before delivering. Then they hide behind a WebChat service and there t’ and c’s as they why they don’t pay out for any damages. Owner seems like a insurance sales man rather than a delivery company.
