Shocking customer service. Lies about collections and deliveries. Slow replies on none at all on emails and no one answers the phone.

Delivered 2 pallets to wrong address, still have no idea where my stock is, when it will be picked up and redelivered, keep having to chase 5 days after now, Its beyond a joke. They hide behind "we will email you with an update" Its just not worth the hassle. Avoid. Customer service is disgusting. - EDIT 2/12/25 - still no feedback

Simply entered the pallet details, selected a collection and delivery date. They called ahead to book both the collection and delivery. All despite me not speaking directly to anyone, very impressed - will use again.

Very bad experience no one turned up for collection three days after many calls and email someone come and collect then they drop off customer one pallet one pallet was missing then after emails then they find out pallet and they deliver we lost 😡 customer due to there delivery service awful no response even from email 2 days.

It was a bit confusing for me (a layperson) to understand what sort of service to book. Once I got past that point, I'm happy to say that the service was on-time and efficient. I also want to give Angela a shout-out for her excellent customer service in getting me proof of delivery in a few hours of asking.
