Great service. Despite problems from the recipient Angela A provide documentary proof of delivery. Would defo use again.

First time using National Pallets and I have found them super helpful. The price was very reasonable. Had a few issues (my end and not with National pallet) that Shiella R has helped with so special mention to her for being super friendly and knowledgeable

Absolute disgrace of a service from start to finish. Firstly the driver arrived at the collection point 24hrs early, then arrived on scheduled day without a pallet or wrap, was offered the item dismantled but refused then didnt show up the following day as he requested the item to be dismantled, which it had been. The item wasa xmas present and I eventually received it on the 30th December after scheduling it on the 22nd. They had to outsource the collection to Palletways in the end.

Delivery service was good and customer help great too

Delivered pallets to the wrong address even though I sent them the correct address three times. I then had to pay for the item to be re-delivered to the correct address, or my customer wouldn’t have received his delivery in time for Christmas. They then delivered the pallet to the wrong address again and now won’t respond. The people you speak to in customer service don’t understand basic English and chat GPT every reply.
This is one of the worst transport companies in the UK, who take no responsibility for constant mistakes. There is no way the majority of these reviews are real, as I have now spoken to multiple people who have used this company without one positive thing to say about them. Absolutely appalling do your research before using these.

There was initially a problem with the delivery. The pallet was taken back to the depot and stored for several days, then successfully delivered on the second attempt. I though that the storage charges were very expensive, however the pallet was delivered. The customer service person, Angela A was very helpful and kept us informed of the progress and delivery.

The delivery company damaged parts of a large machine we shipped with them. The machine weighed over 2,000 kgs split onto 3 pallets. As the parts damaged only weigh around 10 kgs, they are claiming that this is the full weight of the delivery for damages and we will get a very small payment. The amount of damaged parts is around £1,000 and it has already taken us 2 days to try to fix the machine at our customers site. Do not use this company for transporting any large machines.
They have now offered me a measly £15 for damages of over a £1,000 which does not include the time it has taken to repair/replace the damaged parts. We are now looking into legal routes to reclaim our costs.

By far the worst transport company I have used in my 16 years working within the industry.

Customer service responses feel automated and scripted, as if they don’t understand basic English and I literally mean they hardly speak word of it. They repeatedly make up excuses for why they can’t deliver items to the correct destination and then demand additional payment to resolve issues they’ve created themselves. They don’t even deserve a star.

We have paid for collections from our depot a depot they have accessed many times before only to be told that a truck “can’t gain access”, despite the fact they have been there 15 times in the past two weeks. After failing to collect, they then refuse to issue a refund.

This company is completely unprofessional and, in my experience, operates in a way that feels misleading and dishonest. They take your money, fail to deliver the service agreed, and then try to charge more or keep your payment.

They are, without exaggeration, one of the biggest con artists in the market. Do not use them. If you do, don’t say you weren’t warned they will rip you off left, right, and centre. Absolutely appalling customer service!!! The worst transport company I have used and I have been in this industry a really long time.

Absolutely disgusting company , sent a pallet with £2000 of goods which were damaged in transit , refused to pay for that damage and stated £1.30 per kg compensation is all they allow!

So as a reference, send 500kg of pure gold worth £100,000 you would get £650 compensation if lost or damaged

Avoid at all costs

Terrible service, one star is far to much. The most basic of things for a courier company to do they failed at every level and the after sales service is just a chat function.
The outcome could result in myself now driving over 500 miles in total today to resolve this or paying over £500 to retrieve the goods immediately that have been wrongly delivered and are not secure.
So much time wasted at an huge cost.

Absolutely terrible service. No communication, delayed deliveries and overall waste of time. If your a business, even if an alternative is more expensive I would avoid National Pallets at all costs!!!

As per normal they collect on time and deliver on time what more can one ask for.

Contacted National Pallets for details regarding a pallet delivery which was for goods to return. I was provided with all details in a clear manner and I was given all the required details. A huge shoutout to Angela A for taking the time to respond to my queries and explaining the things to me clearly.
