My hairdresser recommended Neals Yard. So pleased I tried it. My hair looks and feels so much better. I’ve even had comments asking me when I’d had my hair done.

I love my frankincense hydrating cream, as it does not affect my eyes to create discomfort.
However, I notice the jar was full to brimming which was lovely, but then discovered today it was due to a sizeable vacuum inside the jar.
I love the packaging and find it easy to re-use & dispose of. Not sure about the jar recycling, though.

My name is Peter Taylor. I ordered 3 of your products on 28 April and paid over the phone. I ordered it through Francois one of your colleagues who was very helpful. They were a birthday present for my partner. I paid £66.30 on the understanding the they would be delivered early this week in time for her birthday. It’s now almost the end of the week with no sign of the order. Nor have I received any confirmation from Neal’s Yard nor any indication from the delivery company - which is normal - on the likely delivery date and time. My partner is still waiting for her present
