Gorgeous smelling products.
My items were posted out quickly in the usual beautifully designed Neals Yard packages. All items smell gorgeous. My only qualm is that the Petrichor fragrance does not seem to last long. Otherwise very happy.

Staff member was lovely
Staff member was lovely. I had gone in to buy my moisturiser and got a Women's blend shower oil to go with a cream I have. When I got home I found out it's Aromatic I have. I'll probably give it to someone as a gift, but I might use it myself. Silly me. The products are always lovely.

Nourishing rose of the purest essence
Having got the rosehip oil recently, it’s great, but nowhere near as nourishing as the original rose, so I was relieved to find it’s the same, despite new packaging. My other absolute favourite is the rose toner, great to use after the rose cleansing oil, which is lovely, but quite heavy.

It was my pamper day, and I decided to treat myself by visiting the Neal's Yard shop in York. I bought a facial wash cream and some massage oil. I have bought Neal yard frankincense face cream for years. But this didn’t even smell of anything didn’t have the same texture either. A very expensive mistake.

Love your product but the order took 14…
Love your product but the order took 14 days to arrive. The items that I had ordered were gifts and time sensitive. I could see that these had been shipped very quickly but EVRI kept cancelling the scheduled delivery times. Sadly I will not be reordering while you still use this delivery company. Shame as your product is wonderful but the delivery company has let you down
