Top Notch in Every way!

Hope for the better
In the previous order, the whole bunch of goods was divided and packed into 3 boxes, with an invoice for each box, which allowed us to know what exactly was in each box, which was very convenient. But this time, although all the items were packed in 3 boxes too, the invoice was just 1 for the total order. So, when we will be retrieving the order from the third-party forwarder and then from the customs, it will be hard to prove what exactly is in, let's say, box number 1, because there is no separate invoice for the content in each box. It might cause us great trouble, so now we are just waiting and hoping that the customs office will not initiate any checks at their side.

I am sorry to hear that you have not received the invoices as you did before. Any shipments we send to Russia we have to send a Band C invoice which breaks down what is in each box (we have to do it for all rest of the world countries). You had three boxes sent so we should have supplied 3 invoices with the shipment.

The notification of defects sent…
The notification of defects sent punctually (with photos) of my last order has not yet been answered.
In addition, the backorder system seems to me to be rather uncoordinated, especially for larger orders. On the one hand, shipping for the backorder items is included in the calculation of an order. On the other hand, the items that are available again in the meantime will not be counted or delivered with the next order. Unfortunately the whole system is not really flexible. The only solution would be if I were to deposit money directly for possible backorders. Best regards, Jürgen
