I love this company
I love this company. I had a missing box recently but Victoria was wonderful to work with and after weeks of communications with Fed Ex International (she and I both) I did finally receive the missing box. Besides that, I love their products and so do my customers.

Les enviamos este correo electrónico a modo de reclamación, esperando por su parte una respuesta compensatoria.
Estamos muy disgustados por su carencia de respuesta, les hemos enviado varios correos en relación al último pedido y no hemos obtenido respuesta.
Primero de todo, nos enviaron a la antigua dirección el pedido. Nosotros habíamos modificado la dirección en su web, de hecho consta en la factura que ustedes nos envían.
Nuestra nueva dirección corresponde a una nuestra nueva tienda que inauguramos este pasado mes de Diciembre, en el centro de la ciudad de Valencia, en la que queríamos contar con sus productos desde el primer momento.
TNT, nos avisa el 17 de Diciembre de la entrega equivocada en la antigua dirección.
Después de hablar con TNT en muchas ocasiones y mandarles también a ustedes correos para explicar el error, nos hemos visto toda la campaña de Navidad sin sus productos, habiendo fallado a la entrega de varios encargos para clientes ya existentes.
Cuando porfín el día 30 de Diciembre viene el repartidor de TNT, nos trae solamente 1 bulto, una caja que llega llena de golpes, en muy malas condiciones, rota y aplastada y se nos informa de que el otro bulto está extraviado en su almacén.
En ese momento informamos a TNT, de que ya no queremos que nos entreguen la otra parte del pedido y que queremos hacer una devolución a procedencia.
Sin más noticias de información por parte de TNT ni de ustedes, el día 4 de Enero, recibimos otro bulto, igualmente en muy malas condiciones, una caja visiblemente maltratada.
Teniendo en cuenta que era día 4 de Enero, finalizando ya practicamente la campaña de Navidad y sin tener noticia alguna de ustedes a este respecto, aun así decidimos abrir el pedido y revisarlo, para intentar favorecer alguno de nuestros encargos y nos encontramos varios artículos golpeados, rotos y aplastados.
Además de faltar algunas de las referencias que aparecen en la factura.
Se nos han entregado menos artículos de los que hemos pagado.
Ignoramos si falta un bulto por entregarnos ya que desconocemos cuantos bultos han enviado ustedes.
Disponemos de fotografías del estado de las cajas, del contenido, envoltorios y productos e inventario de la entrega.
Teniendo en cuenta que tenemos pendiente el pago y la recepción del resto del pedido (Pre Order) y que hemos recibido un correo de Nemesis informándonos del importe para el envío y deseando ampliar este pedido con más artículos, quedamos a la espera de que nos informen de cómo resolver todos estos inconvenientes que nos han sido causados.
Es nuestra intención finalizar esta transacción de una forma amigable y seguir contando con Nemesis en nuestros escaparates.
Hemos montado una tienda singular y muy especial donde las haya, en la cual deseamos contar con Nemesis, pues somos unos enamorados de sus colecciones.
Esperamos su pronta respuesta para poder realizar la ampliación de pedido y entregar cuanto antes los artículos a nuestros clientes.

Dangerous product and no customer service exists!
Bought a defective Incense burner off amazon that came from this company. This company has tried to pass the blame twice instead of sorting out paying for damages. My husband has gotten hurt and carpet has been destroyed. This will continue to be pursued till damages are paid for! Guaranteed will see a reply from them blaming the sky next...
